An excellent resource for learning more about yourself and your spiritual gifts! It contains many great tips on gaining control of the energies around us that can be quite overwhelming at times.

Timely, brilliant, inspiring. Irma does a beautiful job of sharing important knowledge about what it means to be an Empath and how to manage these gifts effectively. A great book to have for yourself, and to recommend to clients if you're in a healing profession. Thank you for writing and passing on your wisdom!

Concise and resonant, and yields new insights with successive readings. Irma Kaye Sawyer brings a much-needed spiritual dimension to what psycho-social research is (finally!) showing us about the inborn traits of deep empathy and high sensitivity. Both accessible to beginners and engaging for more seasoned spiritual practitioners --- highly recommended!
