I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I read it through Hoopla to guide me through a program I'm doing at the library (Intention Jars for the New Year) where I work and it had a great introduction about spell jars and the steps involved in making one. It also had great examples of the process for specific intentions, like luck, love/friendship, dream clarity, etc. including what herbs and flowers to include, crystals, which candles to use. It was very helpful, definitely going to purchase this for my home library.
