Abigale is the only Carmichael daughter. Head strong and stubborn and a rodeo queen.
She met Skyler Fremont at a snooty gala for the big ten ranching families. The gala was everything she hated. She thought he was a snooty Fremont like his pretentious parents. He was not.
Fast forward to her going to college under protest. Skyler gets engaged to solidify a business deal for his father. He feels nothing g for his fiancée.
The Carmichael matriarch dies and Abby comes back from college, refusing to go back.
She rekindles her friendship with Skyler. They each admit to loving the other. His father disowns him.
I liked this one a lot. They are each great characters.
The rest of the family is present and their numbers are increasing with babies being born.

Review

The Carmichaels are a force of nature from the beginning when a bull rider fell in love with a rodeo Queen and so the saga began. Of course nothing is fully done in a straight shot without pain and suffering. The bull rider was killed in a fall from a horse and the Queen grieved for the rest of her life.

Waiting for the Tanner Book.

Finding Fireworks
