Just a manual. Nothing more and nothing less. If you need a basic, flat description of vast JIRA capabilities, it will surely deliver. Unfortunately I expected a bit more - some creative examples of setup that enable typical (or even less typical) scenarios. More like a cookbook-style. Unfortunately this book isn't like that. Not even a bit.

a good book as a manual , but it doesn't clarify jira best practices for new users .
