Desperate for a cure for her dying brother, apprentice witch Leah decides her only choice is to summon and bind Nthar, a powerful demon Lord with the ability to heal.
Nthar appears in the form of a magnificent, beastly man - with the legs and tail of a black lion, sharp claws and glowing golden eyes. Otherworldly and strangely seductive, he is quickly locked in a battle of wills with the girl... one that she is doomed to lose.
He wants her virginity. He wants to impregnate her and force her to bear his child. And what Lord Nthar wants, he takes.
But will Leah get the better of him in the end?
Warning: This 8000 word story contains the forced, rough deflowering and breeding of an innocent virgin.
A short story with an erotic scene without the erotic touch. Actually it's too tame. The characters are good, a demon (the description is fuzzy) and the virginal witch. It's a formula for an erotic story but I don't know what happen. Maybe it's a prequel to an erotic novel or the first two chapters of a novel.
Anyway, it's not a waste of time to read this one, but I suggest xxxx.... I'm out 😉😉😉
This is not bad per se, just blah. A tame, blah, unerotic erotica. The writing itself was pretty decent but come on, we all know we don't read these stories for the decent writing. A sensuously powerful half-lion demon and a virginal witch. How could you go wrong with that? By writing uninspired lame sex scenes on top of the dubious consent that's how. Ho hum.
Leah's brother is ill, with an undiagnosable disease. Her only hope isto bind Nthar, a demon who has the ability to heal. But her mentor won't help, so she does it alone... but she isn't in control.
It was written really well, and was hot! There was a lot of world building which was great!
It would have been even better if it was linger, as it stopped just as he was cured. Like what happened to the baby? Is it a baby?
Another story in my journey through the uber naughty yet sweet tales that are woven by the masterful Madelene Martin.
I would just like the say that I was lucky enough to have Ms. Martin comment on my facebook page on one of her reviews and it was super exciting!
I was also gifted books which is MAGICAL for me and its like Christmas morning!
So, The Binding.
I have to say that I feel like Ms. Martin does light research on her books. Just enough to really set us into the fantasy/historial/alternate reality that she is bringing to life. I have to say she does a better job bringing to life this book than some authors do in 200+ pages, which is very impressive. Via my NOOK this story was 28 pages and it went by really fast.
I have to say--secret little naughty fantasy a hunky demon using me as a womb. I know I know, I'm really naughty yeah yeah don't act like you ain't reading these too!
The forced seduction and dub-con scene between Nthar and Leah was hot. She was an innocent witch that was being violated by big huge hunky demon for the sole purpose of breeding.
Super hot right?
Right!
My only beef is that sometimes I feel like Ms. Martin finishes a story and sometimes I feel she just ends it to get to that 5k mark.
Your self-publishing. Adding a 2k to your story just to lock it up and sate the reader is only going to work in your favor. Just give us more smexy and the reader will be even more titillated and excited about the story. I would have loved for a more locked up ending like Nthar shows up in her bedroom and sucks her into his hellish void--after all she is HIS delicious little witch hehehe....
I liked this book... I didn't really like how it ended though which is why i'm only giving it 3 stars. It kind of felt like it ended just when the story was getting started.
Stubborn and reckless female lead gets what she was working for. I'm glad her brother survived but the hell she's about to unleash is going to be another story.
Highlight My imagination is a wild thing and what that demon looked like in my head was far from enticing but to each her own.
Why do I keep reading stuff I find in torrents that have more or less 1000 extra books just dumped togetehr in one folder?
Just... why?
I should have learned my lesson by now...
Let me clarify something before I'm jumped and mobbed. I do not condone piracy. At all. I strongly do not agree with not giving credit to the author for the work and time they have invested in creating something. It's sucky for everyone except the thief and that's just not cool or even remotely nice.
But when you really want this book that can no longer be bought in any format and which has just vanished from the face of the internet - the honest, legit face of the internet- a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do. The fact that the torrent where your much-awaited and lost treasure can be found also has a few hundred more ebooks - which you valiantly tried to ignore because that wasn't your purpose - among which the title "The Binding: Bred by a Demon" just hit you in the face with the power of a thousand red warning signs, is entirely the second part.
Actually fairly well written with some good ideas and not a bad story. For something that is tagged as 'Rough' and 'Reluctant'? It's about half right. Reluctant, yes. Tries to force a demon to do something he doesn't want to do and he turns the tables on her - fair enough and unsurprising. Rough, no. A split second of rough is teased when the girl decides she doesn't want to be pleasured by the demon and he grabs her hair and pulls her to the ground, but that's it. So depending on what you're looking for in your monster erotica will depend on whether you think this book is worth a go.
