Paul McGee is one of the UK’s leading authors and speakers on the subject of change, workplace relationships and motivation. He has appeared on BBC Breakfast television and is a regular contributor on BBC Radio.

I am enjoying reading my way through the "sumo" books. the common sense down to earth style of Paul's writing really seems to have hit a nerve with me. it's thought provoking and the messages behind SUMO "shut up and move on" is one I really needed to hear and take on board. For me personally its making a difference.
