I write sensual Paranormal and contemporary romance. When not writing, I read. When not reading, I hang out with my family. When not with my family, I'm plotting and writing....it's a vicious cycle.

Steamy romance with amazing characters! I love the Fitzgerald series. It starts off with the main characters meeting and feeling some degree of a sexual connection together that doesn't happen right away but makes you anticipate it. Each story itself is stand a lone and kept me interested the entire time. I sat down to read and couldn't put the book down once I started. I love how each book introduces a new Fitzgerald and also includes ones that have been introduced before so that all the stories tie in together. Already bought the rest of the series and I am in the middle of reading the next one.

The Fitzgerald Family by E. B. Walters Books 1-3
This Review, and These Books, Are Meant for Readers Age 18+
This review will include all three books of the set.

Slow Burn

Wow. These characters are so unbelievably flawed to perfection. They feel so real, their complex natures so engrossing. The ways in which they deal with their grief in such opposing fashions is fascinating.

**SPOILER ALERT** **SPOILER ALERT** **SPOILER ALERT** **SPOILER ALERT** **SPOILER ALERT**

Ashley Fitzgerald is a loveable heroine just trying to live her life in her own shell. It keeps her from really dealing with the life-altering tragedy she has blocked from her conscious mind. She is an artist losing herself in her work ,who never really lets anyone in from an underlying fear that they will eventually leave like her parents did. She hides away from the real world as much as possible. What never seems to occur to her is that she should dispel the cataclysm of her past by forcing herself to face it, and to find someone whose love and heart will never leave her.

Ron Noble seemingly has it all. Sure the rumors of corruption concerning his father's hand in the fire that killed him along with Ashley's parents is a hard thing to live with for ten years, but his reputation helps hide the reputation left by his father. Ron attempts to overcome his grief by partying hard and by leaving a long trail of one night stands behind him. Those one night stands insure he doesn't have to worry about whether they will stay or go. Volunteering with the Hotshot firefighters brings him closer to his father but also helps him repay a debt he believes is owed by his father's presumed actions. What he really needs is a home for his heart.

Once meeting, they decide to seek out the truth of what happened on fateful night. In spending just a short time together, they recognize they are drawn to one another in a way that has little to do with their investigation. The result of their closeness leads to a hot, steamy relationship. They can't be around each other without a deep need to ravage each other. Reading about their encounters is rousing. Then, one minute of revelation has Ashley leaving Ron feeling guilty and heartbroken. When her life depends on it, can she set aside anger and mistrust to act on the love she has for him?

E.B.Walters has once again created a spellbinding story with a believable plot, complex characters, and most of all, human nature.

Book #2
MINE UNTIL DAWN
**SPOILER ALERT** **SPOILER ALERT** **SPOILER ALERT** **SPOILER ALERT** **SPOILER ALERT**
In the second book about the Fitzgerald family, Ednah Walters introduces us to Jade Fitzgerald and Vince Knight. A new Fitzgerald allows a new perspective of the family and a fresh new family member in Jade.

Like Ashley from SLOW BURN, Jade is damaged. Her life is seemingly plagued with bad decisions. She believes herself incapable of the simplest task in her personal life because her family has treated her like breakable glass her whole life because of a heart condition.

Vince Knight is also a damaged character. At the time of his greatest need, his long-lost father rejects him, basically leaving him an orphan as a teenager when he so needs guidance and direction in his life. It mostly destroys his ability to trust.

Ednah has a way of weaving the imperfections of her main characters as the story unfolds. The complexities of her characters build as the story progresses in a masterful way so it never seems as though the information is forced.

In this book, other members of the Fitzgerald family are introduced and/or further developed. Eddie plays a major role in this story and demonstrates a much stronger connection to his family than his career. It is obvious that this will be a running theme. Lex has more presence in this book than the last (which was almost none). Baron is introduced and his twin Chase not so much. Also minimally introduced is Jade's mother.

I really like this book a lot. I like that Jade learns from her forced self-discovery that she is capable of so much more than she ever imagined. Vince learns that trust is possible and can be lasting. I enjoy the growing feeling that I am becoming a part of the Fitzgerald family.

KISS ME CRAZY

KISS ME CRAZY, Book 3 of The Fitzgerald Series by E.B. Walters is a Fantastic Romance!

KISS ME CRAZY is a Contemporary Romance and is Written for Readers 18 Yrs Old and Older

**SPOILER ALERT** **SPOILER ALERT** **SPOILER ALERT** **SPOILER ALERT**

I really liked this book. Just reading the thoughts of Kara and Baron while they kissed made me melt too as I remembered kissing the only person to make me feel that way.The way they felt when they kissed made me miss him a lot. I was very pleased that Walters made the characters thoughts and feelings so real that I could relate so deeply to them.

Don't get me wrong, there was plenty of heat and passion, but this story focused more on the feelings elicited by a passionate kiss. It was a romantic love story complete with serenades, cuddling in a hammock, intelligent conversations, (I was so jealous), and then the ultimate `he screwed up and almost ruined everything'.

Both Kara and Baron learned that keeping their feelings inside is a bad idea. Baron also learned that not everything works as a part of a five year plan.

The make-up was so sweet and included both Kara and Baron finally admitting to loving one another. Then, of course, there was more mind-numbing kissing ending in another steamy night.

I thought there was a bit too much of the story that happened before Baron finally showed Kara any affection. I wished the heart-stopping kisses started a little sooner, maybe it was the romantic in me.

I'm a huge Ednah Walters fan and I've read all her books under that pen name, this is my first under this pen name and I'd no idea what to expect. Absolutely brilliant!! 3 very different books all written with dual POV story telling and fabulously constructed plots. I wish I was a Fitzgerald lol....the world building for the series is amazing even with a large cast across the 3 books I found all the characters back stories and relationships flowed really well. Can't wait to read more!!

I have read all 3 part of this series, and even though with some of the parts I am a bit disappointed I have to admit that the whole series is an amazing and well written series. The characters are brilliantly constructed, the story is thorough and E.B. Walters did her research. All things (the art, what is behind every single profession described in the books) are explained and there is no loose ends, making the reader thin: What??
I enjoyed all three books and next parts are even more enjoyable.

Three good stories

First, Ashley and Ronald, their story had me on the edge of my seat.
Jade and Vince total skin crawling anticipation for me. Just didn't think they would ever get together.
Kara and Baron just thinking of wanting to be with someone for five years ugh. Having to deal with selfish and deceitful people when you finally come together.
All and all good read. Nice job with the villains.

Terrible

Why didn't I like these books? Could it be the terrible writing style, the lacklustre characters or the horrific editing. There are characters mentioned that have no bearing to the stories and no explanation who they are in the scheme of things, long winded and repetitive inner monologues and loads of boring conversations to fill up pages. I'm sorry but just hated them.

I really enjoyed this series. I had read some of her later works first, so went back and caught up with the whole series last week. It's actually quite entertaining to see how E.B. Progressed and grew as an author as the series went on and into Indulge and Impulse. She just keeps getting better and better! But I loved all the books and can't wait to read more as she writes them.

3 good romances in the Fitzgerald family.

Criticism - When you read several books by the same author in a row, you tend to notice a few phrases that are repeated. For this author, it was, "I didn't know I was holding my breath until..."

Incredible, sexy, thrilling!

Loved all three of these books! Intense characters that interact with in the series, a true family every sense of the word. The way Ms. Walters creates her characters is just amazing.

Short stories

The boomers written fine. It is a collection of 3 shorter stories that barely over lap each other. It not what I was expecting.

Great three book intro to the Firzgerald. There's a little something for everyone. Suspense, mystery, danger, and steamy romance. Each book follows one of the Fitzgerald clan on their road to love and happiness. E.B. Walters has created memorable characters and complex, compelling stories.
