One look from his piercing blue eyes is all it takes - this mountain man makes my heart race like never before.
Moving to Spruce Ridge was supposed to be a fresh start for me. A chance to live a quieter, simpler life surrounded by nature. But when Ryan walked into my world, everything changed in an instant.
With his muscular arms, stubbled jaw, and bulging biceps, he's temptation incarnate. My breath catches just watching him work. But it's the tenderness in his gaze that leaves me wanting more.
Yet we come from different walks of life. Still grieving the tragic death of his ex, he prefers the seclusion of the mountains. While I'm drawn to the town below.
As winter looms ahead, will our passionate connection withstand the brutal cold and isolation? Or will our whirlwind romance come crashing down?
Rugged Ryan is a short, steamy, instalove romance. There’s no cheating and no cliffhanger, but there is a very happy ending.
My first Sierra Hunter book/novel. It was a nice, quick read. Ryan is a handsome man who loves the isolation of his cabin on the mountains. He's suffered a great loss that he blames himself for. And which has caused him to be stuck in a state of grief. That is until he goes into town for his monthly supply run and meets the beautiful new girl in town, Emma, who happens to be his new neighbor after inheriting her uncles cabin and estate. It's pretty much love at first sight for the both of them and things move pretty quickly. It's a great story and I can't wait to read about the rest of the handsome, rugged mountain men.
Emma just showed up at the mountain cabin she inherited and it needs work. When she goes to town to see about a contractor she meets Ryan who agrees to help. They work well together and there is a definite attraction but will Ryan's past get in the way of things?
Very good book! It's a sweet and sexy short read I really enjoyed. Took me about an hour to read this book. This is the start of a new series and I can't wait for the next one. I hope we see Hazel again. Only a small character but I liked her.

I enjoyed Rugged Ryan: The Mountain Men of Spruce Ridge Book 1 of The Mountain Men of Spruce Ridge. This was a short and sweet story. Emma inherited a property and Ryan is going to help her redo it. They have an instant chemistry but Ryan has issues from his last that are keeping him apart from Emma. Will he be able to deal with his issues before it’s too late? It has a cute storyline and I loved the characters. No drama or cheating. I would definitely recommend this book. Looking forward to more in the series.

Rugged Ryan is a short and spicy, instalove, OTT, curvy girl gets her mountain man romance. Emma is a curvy girl who has inherited her Uncle's mountain cabin. Ryan is a hunky mountain man who prefers the mountain to the city. When Emma needs someone to help fix up her cabin, Ryan is happy to help his new curvy neighbor. Their connection and attraction are instant, but Ryan's last relationship ended in tragedy. Is he ready for love again? The chemistry was hot, drama was low, and the end was happy. Overall, this was a short and sweet read.

This is Book 1 of The Mountain Men of Spruce Ridge starring Emma and Ryan. Lol take that Ryan, I have to say Ryan meets his match in Emma and how he saw women and mountaineers. I loved how these two meet and fall in love but their road there was a little rocky.

I really enjoyed this Short, Sweet, Romance. Emma inherited her Uncles cabin on a Mountain. She remembers spending time at the cabin as a young girl. The cabin has been neglected, it needs lots of repairs that require a professional. She meets Ryan at the coffee shop and there is attraction. He is a builder. Ryan is exactly what Emma needed.
The author has given us a fast-paced story that pulls us into the lives of Ryan and Emma. The story keeps us turning the pages with instant connection, fears and steam.

Very good. Loved their chemistry and even though he was a secluded mountain man he was the stereotypical grumpy man... not that I don't love that too!! It was just nice for a change of pace. ;).
