Very good book in which Blake Rudis explains his work-flow with his HDR images. He explains several ways to tone map your pictures, even how to make a HDR from only one exposure. Then, a lot of information is given on how to post-process your tone mapped images in Photoshop, Camera Raw and the briefly mentioned Topaz Adjust plug-in. There are also several links to his videos which can be found on his website. I haven't put his work-flow in practice yet with my HDR images, so I cannot comment on its efficiency, but I find his explanations very detailed. And it all depends on each person's preference how much/little adjustments should be made.
