Clear and Precise content about scrum for beginner

Nice book if you have no idea what agile is. Otherwise it will progress little slow. Specially for this version of this book, it wastes lots of pages on rambling about CA Agile Vision. So if you want to know theory only, go for the original version.

a quick read. a pretty basic introduction (hence the title) but it gives a good introduction to the scrum version of agile.
