Too "self-help"y, lots of things I didn't like. But I already expected it to be like this when I picked up the book. What's good about it is it gives you a general starting point in the area of health in your life. The parts about psychological health were pretty ~meh. But the physical health parts were informative, at least for someone as clueless as me.

Recommended if you're as clueless as I am :)
