Curvaceous Condemnation

Rate this book
The Endurers - Immortal warriors chosen to fight the evil that stalks humanity. Major players in the upcoming Armageddon. Single, and sexy as hell.

Death. Tragedy. Grief. Pain. For Vincent Chavalerio, immortality has brought nothing but pain and misery. Cursed by an ancient demon when he refused to bed her, he's been tormented in a way no man, immortal or not, should ever have to experience. One night after a horrendous tragedy, he decides to end it all. Left without any other options, Arch, leader of the Endurers, agrees to give him what he wants.

Real estate agent Scarlett Hamilton flees to New Orleans, desperately trying to learn how to live again after the death of her fiance, Niles. One day, she falls in love with a historic mansion and decides to purchase it, not realizing there is already someone living within the walls, and a doorway to Hell right in the backyard.

Desperately attempting to survive the demon stalking her, plus-sized Scarlett soon discovers an erotic passion in the cursed immortal's arms. Will he move past his grief and indifference enough to recognize what's right in front of him, before it's to late?

I've often been asked how I'm inspired to write about werewolves, immortals, and zombies. The answer is easy. I adore them.

Be it the Wolf Town Guardians or the Endurers, these characters have been a joy to write about.

Curvaceous Condemnation was a fun ride through a world filled with demons and the men trying to stop them. This book features the budding relationship between Scarlett and Vincent. Scarlett is a recently windowed woman who desperately needs a change which leads her to New Orleans, and right into Vincents home. Vincent is an endurer who's been dealt a really crappy hand, barely hanging on by a thread he's tasked with protecting Scarlett. That might just be what finally sets this man over the edge.

As always Wynters does a fantastic job with descriptions and making these grotesque creatures real. I always love her writing because she makes realistic heroines, these are women who deal with real issues. Your not gonna find some perfect chick or bad@ss ninja warrior as a heroine, but your gonna get someone you feel for and relate to, which sets her stories over the top. The plot itself is awesome and it's well paced, so your not gonna get bored of the constant action and romance.

This is a curvy erotic story, definitely 18+. I'd definitely recommend.

FAIRY THOUGHTS
Favorite Line(s) “You haven't seen anything yet,” he told the other man. “Wait until you see the Internet.”

“She couldn't take it. It would seem you've already given it away, and to the right side I might add. Thank God you did.”

“Soul mates were the most precious gift that could ever be bestowed upon a immortal person that lived to battle true and ancient evil”

“They were only one of two couples, though, much more were needed. The Endurers were a stubborn bunch, resistant to love. Silly immortals. Love was what made the world go round. Without love, his people stood no chance at surviving Armageddon. There was enough hate as it was.”

Yummy!
Man, I love these Endurers! They are amazing men! In this story Vincent has been in stasis for over 100 yrs because he was cursed by a demon to lose his soul mates! He has lost two and Arch was scared he would kill himself to get away from the pain! When he wakes up he is kinda mad because he had planned on dying and Arch only put him in stasis! He's also confused he's in his hidden room in hid house and there is a woman who is living there.
Scarlett is a recent widower she moved to New Orleans to try and move on with life but, what she doesn't know is the same demon who cursed Vincent has also cursed Scarlett!
I loved reading this one. As with all of is series these immortals are great guys! The love women who aren't size four and boy do they love them right! (Shivers)
These Endurers have a fight on there hands Armageddon is starting and every day the world seems to crumble around them!
I've said it before and will say it again! READ THIS SERIES!!

Rose Wynters delivers something completely unique in the romance world (at least as far as anything I have ever read or heard of) an erotic romance with a Christian good vs evil theme. This is the second book in The Endurers series but can be read as a stand alone novel.

An Endurer is someone who was once mortal but made immortal in order to be warriors against demons and evil. Vincent is an Endurer and has been cursed by a powerful demon called Veronique to never find happiness with his soul mate, he has watched two soul mates perish and wants to die instead he is put in stasis for 200 years only to be awakened in the present day with a strange woman living in his house.

Scarlett has seen enough tragedy in her young life when she has to sit with her fiance as watch as he dies from cancer. When her fiance's family blames her and makes her feel miserable she decides to move on with her life by moving to New Orleans. When she finds an amazing deal on a house in the Garden District she snatches it up right away. Little does she know she is in great danger from the evil that is around her and that she has an Endurer warrior living hidden in her house.

Curvaceous Condemnation is part erotic romance, part christian romance however it isn't really preachy it is more of a have faith and God will provide. The erotic romance portion of this hot and spicy and in it we get to see the growth of Scarlett's self esteem and her acceptance of her curves.

I did like this book. There were some errors in it. Typos and editing. Vincent was funny without even trying. Imagine being asleep for 200 years and waking up to TV, cell phones, cars...lol. Yeah...that was funny. I love Arch and totally hope Ms. Wynters does a book on him. He's pretty old and he deserves a story. Scarlett is really special and she actually first comes off a strong woman but add in Vincent she kinda folds in on herself and doubts her beauty etc. Shes a bbw. Her fiance dies of cancer a few months ago and it was more of a comfortable relationship than actual love and romance. This story was about revenge from her fiance's mother making a deal with a very nasty female demon who coincidentally has a jones for Vincent who turns her down hundreds of years ago but she curses him and his "soul mates" always die. Thing of it is they were NOT his mates, Scarlett is and it takes him quite a long time to realize this. Arch isn't very patient and basically slaps him upside the head and tells him. LOL. I thought it was hilarious that Ian walking in on Scarlett and Vincent getting in on HARD in the kitchen and he watches for a bit. HEHE. Great sex scenes and good story all around. Can't wait to read about Peter and Ian...and hopefully someday Arch.

As erotic romances go, this one isn't bad. There's some decent sex scenes, although nothing that really stood out, and there's a reasonable plot line. Not a book I expect I'll reread, though, nor do I feel interested enough to seek out other books by this author.
