While staying at a cabin in the mountains, Anna Rountree ws caught up in a tremendous vision of heaven. While there, she was met and taught by the angels around her and Jesus himself. In this book, Rountree provides readers with a stunning vision of what heaven is like and discusses the correlation between events today and what she saw in the spirit realm. Heaven Awaits the Bride is a combination of two previously released books, The Heavens Opened and The Priestly Bride , which together contain the account of Rountree’s visions of heaven. Positioned to make the most of the extreme interest in heaven in the market place, this new book presents the information in a integrative study format, interspersing valuable notes within the next pages.
I read the Kindle version of this book while my husband was driving us to Moravian Falls, NC, and back. I had heard about HEAVEN AWAITS THE BRIDE on a Moravian Falls Website, which posted Sid Roth's ("It's Supernatural") interview with Anna Rountree. I figured that the book would put me in the mood for visiting Moravian Falls, an area dedicated to God by the Moravians, a Protestant denomination. It did.
Often I start a book and don't finish it, but this book was an exception. I couldn't put it down. The book made me examine my own walk with the Lord. Do I "love God with all [my] heart and with all [my] soul and with all [my] might?" (Deuteronomy 6: 5, Luke 10: 27).
Despite the elaborate descriptions of Jesus, the heavenly hosts, and the throne of God, Rountree's statement about loving the Lord above all else moved me the most. In fact, I would say that the theme of the book boils down to Deuteronomy 6:5.
What does it meant to love the Lord with all your heart, all your soul, and all your might? I'm not sure but I'm determined to find out. This life-changing book is revolutioning my relationship with God through His Messiah, Yeshua (Jesus). The book is "deep" and reads like an allegory; but make no mistake. Anna Rountree makes it clear that everything she wrote actually happened, and I believe her. Also, she backs up her her portrayal of heaven with scripture after scripture.
Before you read "Heaven Awaits the Bride," it's helpful to have at least a basic knowledge and understanding of the Bible. Thank you, Ms. Rountree for sharing your story.
An incredible book detailing the visits by Anna Rountree to heaven. A definite "must read" for those who are looking forward to spend eternity with our heavenly father specially to those of us who are on earth during these end times.
This book draws from the Bible extensively & uses the Bible as the standard to verify the information that is presented to us, thereby providing a strong non contradictory scriptural base.
Detailed accounts of God revealing His heart to the believer and what we should desire during these times are clearly given.
As the author encounters the three persons of the trinity, their individuality and oneness is clearly represented to the reader.
In addition visions & actually visitations are clearly differentiated so as not to create a confusion with the reader.
This book has solid Scriptural support for the content of the visions Anna Rountree saw. It reminded me of Choo Thomas' book "Heaven is So Real" in the sense that the first half was enough for me. The first half was for everybody to learn God's Word from a fresh angle; the second half was more personal, for both Choo and Anna. My children enjoyed the early stories about angels. The Bible, of course, describes many such encounters humans had with angels, and creates an expectation that true believers should encounter angels whether they're aware of it or not. Hebrews 13:2 says, "Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some have unwittingly entertained angels." A unique read that will stir your faith.
I heard about this book just yesterday whilst listening to a message by Apostle Joshua Selmann. I decided to search for it everywhere because I really wanted to have a glimpse of it. It’s a must read book....I'd recommend this book to everyone out there
This was a good book and I do feel I got something out of it. It did not blow me away and I was expecting it to have a bigger impact than it did. Some of the imagery is really great and the scriptural backing is convincing and helpful. This is an entire book on their vision, so its not really fiction or non-fiction, but it reads like fiction and fiction is not my preference. Nonetheless, it helped me to focus on Christ and the life to come and if you can finish a book and be be closer to the Lord in that way on the other end, then you can't really say too much against it.
Quite honestly, this is my favorite book about heaven when it comes to a perfect mixture of pure scripture, content and personal experience. The writing is also very smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised as to how "Anna Rountree" is actually the name of the married couple, and not just one person. Heaven Awaits the Bride is a very rare book.
Really enjoyed the first half of this book a lot. Made me want more of a relationship with God! The second half was a little harder to read... but overall it was a really good glimpse of heaven.
An AWESOME book. Literally could not put it down. This beautiful glimpse into Heaven was the best gift one could ever give to another. (Thanks Mom) It's uplifting and inspiring; a must read.
A really good book. She backs it up with scripture. It provokes a jealousy for Jesus and intimacy with our Father. My copy is getting worn, I may need it in hard back! :) a must read!
very interesting book that allows to get a glimpse of what heaven is like and the book challenge you to persue the Lord and to walk in the realms of God.
