I was interested in finding what Ron Garwood had to say, on how to make your marriage stronger. My Husband and I have been married 33 years, and I wanted to see if we agreed on what helps to make marriages stronger.

My husband and I have found that a good marriage is based on Our relationship with God. We find that by coming together to communicate and Praying before hand gives Us an open platform that We can speak without repercussions to our relationship. Sometimes instead of saying something You wish You could take back, if the discussion gets heated, We take a time out and reflect on what God would say to Us, if We could talk to him. But, after a few minutes we come back to the clean platform, because it had been Blessed and no one spoke words that could hurt each other.

Communicate what You are saying by being honest, show compassion if needed, literally change shoes. Usually We have got it worked out in just a few minutes, because outside sources, such as negativity is prayed away.

I am not going to tell you the 5 ways to a stronger marriage or how or why you should read it as a couple.

Make it a marriage ice breaker game by guessing what could You do to make your marriage stronger.? Don’t peak at your partner’s answers.

But read Ron’s book that encompasses essential How God’s mercy can be a key to unlock a happier, stronger marriage.

This book had many recurring themes in it that many Christian couples should know. I believe that this book should be not only read by married couples, but couples who are in the process of getting married or are thinking seriously about getting married. It was a very good read.
