It's supposed to be a self-management book, but it does more. In some way, reading it may already give you a chance to feel like a burden is lifted off your shoulder.
We have control over our own path of life. Don't get distracted and intimidated by things that we don't have control of; and think of those things that are within our limits.
When it gets to be a habit, then we can consider pushing the limits.
