Very structured and practical approach of training design. I really appreciated the clear introduction in how adults learn. Overall the instructional design Hoffman follow's is thoroughly though time consuming, something I (read: my management) usually don't have. I missed some worked out examples and templates which could be downloaded from somewhere. Overall it will serve as a reference guide on my desk.
