Various is the correct author for any book with multiple unknown authors, and is acceptable for books with multiple known authors, especially if not all are known or the list is very long (over 50).
If an editor is known, however, Various is not necessary. List the name of the editor as the primary author (with role "editor"). Contributing authors' names follow it.
Note: WorldCat is an excellent resource for finding author information and contents of anthologies.
In general it was a good book, as I read it in school and my classmates are not as fond of reading as I am, we had to read it slowly and this made the book seem longer and more boring. I also felt as some of the events happened too quickly, surely because this is a shortened version for younger people like me and my class. Still, we were able to understand it since it is a well known story most of us already knew thanks to general culture, studying it some years ago or watching the movie or parts of it; if you are reading this book without knowing anything about Greek culture or having a little bit of knowledge about Troy, it may be more difficult to understand. Another problem we had was that we got mixed with the names which could be considered "difficult". If you are planning to read it, I would recommend you to learn a bit about Greek culture and mythology.
