This book has made me realise that my approach towards my health has been slightly narrow-minded.
According to Dr. Shinya, the key to increasing the miraculous enzyme:
Eat well, healthily.
Drink good water (20-21 deg C, pH around 7-8, 1.5 - 2 Litres a day)
Good circulation (bowel movement, urine, sweat)
Good breathing
Exercise according to need (not over and not under)
Get enough rest
Laugh and be happy.
There are so many things to summarise from this book. He mostly speaks about the same stuff as other health gurus, but he differs a bit. He suggests using coffee enema to clean the colon. He is not suggesting a vegan lifestyle, but he's not a keto fanatic as he suggests to eat meat (mostly fish and seafood while beef, pork and chicken can be eaten occasionally) and eat loads and loads of fruits (he believes that fruits are the best actually as they contain loads of this miraculous enzyme). He also says that yoghurt is not exactly healthy, but this is still iffy as it depends on the person (Westerners are more accustomed to consuming dairy products whereas Asian and African are not).
All in all, I read this only in 4 days and it's been a very easy reading. However, if you have read 'The Enzyme Factor', I don't recommend you reading this because it's quite repetitive.
