This book is a lovely romance. Abby returns home to help her father when her cousin calls her with several concerns. She finds a sad man facing his demons and his guilt. Their relationship is tense and Abby tries to sort him out. Meanwhile her cousin introduces her to Mitch who likes the quiet life by the lake. He has his own past life which looms in sight as Abby returns to her home in the city. The pair must find a compromise where they can be together and a force of nature holds the key.
