It is a decent enough story and the author shows wit. This is more of a comedy/adventure story than a mystery/crime story. The book could use some serious editing though. If you can ignore the roughness of the writing it is a decent light read.

Really enjoyed this book. Had no idea beforehand what to expect. Just a little disappointed with the ending, but will definitely be looking for more from William Zanzinger.

The book definitely has some great scenes like when st. Cloud is searching Alice's office, looking for bloodstains or when he finds the other detective.
I enjoyed reading it, though the end of it disappointed me!
