Rate this book
*A Novella in the New York Times and USA Today best-selling Black Falcon series*

After Aubrey Jenson is wrongly dismissed from her job at Center Stage Marketing, she seeks legal advice from her father, The Judge, to see what grounds she has to get her position reinstated. Her surprise visit to her family doesn’t go as smoothly as she hopes when she brings home her new boyfriend, Zach, Black Falcon’s lead guitarist. She soon discovers that father doesn’t always know best when it comes to matters of the heart.

When Zach meets Aubrey’s family, he’s immediately faced with his deepest fear: The love he so desperately wants, he doesn’t deserve. The Judge makes no attempt to hide his disdain for Zach, and will stop at nothing to keep him away from his daughter. But an unexpected twist turns everyone’s plans upside down and no one’s world will ever be the same.

Outside forces attempting to pull them apart are strong and it’s going to take every bit of Zach and Aubrey’s love for one another to withstand the fall-out. Soon, they discover making love last is harder than finding it to begin with and sometimes you pay the ultimate price for true love.

Aubrey and Zach’s story continue... I just love these two!

After getting wrongfully terminated from her job, Aubrey heads home to get some help from her father ‘the Judge’. She feels it is time for her parents to meet Riff anyway, so he tags along. Lets just say the parents are not too happy with their daughter dating him. Her father goes through some extreme lengths to keep Riff away from Aubrey, but Riff loves her to much. There is no way he can give Aubrey up. All he wants is her, and for her to be happy. She’s the only one he’s ever been in love with.
“You know my darkest secrets, and all the fucked up details that make me who I am, and you haven’t run for the hills screaming. I’ll do anything for you. Anything. I want you to be happy.”

Zach is so sweet, and sexy, and swoony. One of my favorite rock stars. And I love Aubrey as well. She is tough and stands up for her man no matter what her family says. She knows Riff is the one for her.

For such a short novella, a lot happens in Riff and Aubrey’s story. A lot of people and circumstances that are out of their control try to tear them apart. It really is them against the world.

The ending made me so happy! I just love Michelle Valentine’s writing, and this group of musicians. The Black Falcon series is just great! Even though Riff is my favorite of the group, I am still very much looking forward to the next book in this series! Bring on Trip!

My favorite Zach/Riff quote:

She makes me feel whole again. She’s filled a hole in me that I didn’t know was possible to fix, and made me understand that I’m worth loving. That I mean something and my life isn’t just one huge fucking mistake. ♥

"You get me -even when i don't get myself- you do..."
I take his hand in mine. "And you get me."

It's a common secret that i love "Black Falcon" series and it's a common secret that i'm not a big fan of little novels between the books! I think that it's a little bit waste of time, since those pages could have been add it in the main book, but...

Though i'm a little bit crumpy with novels, i did enjoy this one very much!!!
I love that i saw for once again Zack and Aubrey after they were having their happily ever after in their book "Rock my bed", but as life continues nothing remains quite and happily for a long time!!!

So, this novel starts a couple of weeks forward and Aubrey and Zack are in love and happier than ever before, after all that they've been through to get back together. And since Aubrey got fired in an unfair way, she is seeking advices what to do with that from her father, the respectfull Judge. So, Riff and Aubrey are flying back to her home... But she intentionally forgot to tell her parents for her arrival to their house with her... boyfriend...

Her boyfriend... The lead gitarist of the Black Falcon's with the mohawk black and blond hair, the body covered with many tattoos and piercings.
Did i mention that her father is a Judge??? And very conservative???
And that he wants the best for his daughter???
And Riff doesn't fill the job of the "perfect man" from his little princess!!!

Yep, as you can understand, those few days in her hometown will be a true test for Aubrey's and Zack's relationship!!!
I won't say more because it won't be right, but they went through a lot of shits that almost tear them apart.

The only thing that i want to say is that i hate how superstitious become people in front of tatoos and a different and wild appearance. I hate that!!!
And i want to say that the last chapter with Noel was very touching!!!
Now, i have to learn more about the twins!!!

"Before her I was lost, constantly at war with myself. I didn’t believe I was worthy of a love so simple and pure. It’s something I still battle with, but with each passing day I grow a little more at ease with having something so great in my life. I fucking love this woman, and there’s nothing I wouldn’t do for her."

***just have to say, that I loved the fact that the author put one of my most favorite songs in Rock My World, Lovesong, by the Cure. Riff is totally swoonworthy and so is Synyster Gates who I had in my head as Riff the entire time.***

*******************************************

Rock My World takes place just a week or so after Rock My Bed, Kitten is trying to figure out what to do about her newly found unemployment. Wanting to make it on her own, she turns to the one man who can help her, her father, The Judge. Riff and Kitten are pretty much stuck at the hip, so he goes off with her to meet the parents, problem is they don't know she is coming and even worse who her new boyfriend it. Suffice to say, her parents look at Riff like hired help and not the man their daughter loves.
"“Where else would I be? You need me? I’m there. It’s you and me against the world now, right?”

The Judge knows what buttons to press and plays on every insecurity that Riff has, making the decision that he is no good for their daughter. Kitten knows something is wrong she feels it in his kiss and luckily is strong enough for the both of them to not let him run away, even if it means putting herself in harms way.
"For some crazy, messed up reason you’re my soul-mate. The man I’m supposed to be with forever."

I was happy that there was a follow up novella, I wanted more time with Riff and Kitten, but what I could have done without was This was a short and sweet addition to the Black Falcon series, can't wait to see what else is in store.

Oh my! Now that I have read this I am even more in love with Zach. I WAS wishing pain on the judge.... I think he got it one way or another. Gabe sounds like a sexy fun med student. I would love to read a story dedicated to him.
this was too short because it was a novella but it was jam packed and the loose ends were perfect in my opinion.
did not disappoint....

Can. Not. Wait! Love Riff and Aubrey (Lanie and Noel are still #1) but these two sizzle.

I have such a love/late relationship with these novellas! It gives me just the right taste to make me crave more but then it reminds me that I have to wait for the third novel in story!

Riff was such a surprise in RMB and his sweetness overflows into this one perfectly. Even though there are a few moments of Riff showing up in Zach's place; you couldn't be made at him for longer than a half of a second.

Aubrey is going home to see her parents and get advice on what to do about losing her job, but she is bringing a certain tattooed rockstar along for the ride and the reaction she gets is unreal. Her parents were complete assholes and I just wanted Riff to go caveman on her and drag her out of their house. But even with her father trying to force Riff out of her life, somethings are just meant to be.

I love a cocky Riff.
'I know that look of wanting to stick your cock inside a woman. I've perfected that fucking look.'

Michelle A. Valentine has done it again! Riff and Aubrey's story continued perfectly in this novella and we get a tease into some of the past that is lurking in Trip's life as we wait for Rock the Beat to be released. I can't seem to get enough of the story of Black Falcon. Now it's time to sulk as we wait out the next 3 months to get more!

Wow!! Michelle certainly managed to squeeze loads into this perfect little novella!

I'm always ready for more Riff and Aubrey and Rock My World certainly didn't disappoint.

"I only wanted to keep our relationship to one night. But you grew on me and I couldn’t drag you out of my heart no matter how hard I tried. The more I’m with you, the more I want you. I love you, Zach."

They face many trials and tribulations as they fight for each other. In many different situations, a lot of them I had not predicted at all and got goose bumps several times! The prejudice Riff/Zach faces from Aubrey's family made my skin crawl and I could have quite happily punched 'The Judge',What an asshole!! But, no matter how many underhand tactics he tried, Aubrey was always ready and willing to stand by her man, which means being there for each other and proving their love.

'She’s mine and no one is taking her away from me.'

There are some pretty hot and steamy moments with these two, as you will remember they are pretty hot and their passion still shines through. Riff has still got that delicious filthy mouth that we have come to know and love.

"When we hit our fifties, we’ll still be having hot, porn-like sex everyday. My stamina has no expiration date, babe."

They most certainly are made for each other in every way. Fast paced and full of surprises, this fantastic installment of the Black falcon series is the perfect round up to Zach and Aubrey's story, with the added bonus of a 'Noel' chapter at the end!!

3 Stars for Rock My World (audiobook) by Michelle A. Valentine read by Aletha George and Nelson Hobbs.

The bad boy rock star isn’t good enough for the Judge’s daughter. So he tries to put a stop to the relationship. But the daughter ends up in a car accident and they find out that she’s pregnant and then the Judge is ok with the relationship.

You know a book is going to be full of delicious angst when after the first chapter the main character, Zach "Riff" Oliver, causes his girlfriend's mother to faint just at the sight of her daughter's new boyfriend!

Aubrey Jensen is bringing her new boyfriend/former man-whore extraordinaire home to meet her family. There's just one problem, she failed to mention to them that she's coming home to visit. Even worse, they have no idea she's dating a major rock star, complete with tattoos and a Mohawk. Zach is the complete opposite of what Aubrey's parents expect of her. It's safe to say they're not pleased. After a disastrous first meeting, Aubrey and Zach flee to their hotel room. Aubrey is ready to throw in the towel and cut her parent out of her life if they are unwilling to accept Zach. In a moment that makes my heart melt, Zach tells Aubrey to give her parents another chance! *le swoon* Oh Zach, I knew you had a heart of gold! Unfortunately, Aubrey's father, who arrogantly insists on being referred to as "The Judge", refuses to accept their relationship and takes steps to keep Zach and Aubrey apart.

Zach character grows so much in this book. He's no longer the slutty guy Aubrey first met. He loves Aubrey so much that he's willing to put up with her father's threats to be with her.

I love watching Zach mature through this novella. Zach isn't familiar with relationships and his usual reaction when things get complicated is to cut and run. Aubrey has his heart and he plans to fight for her. Zach is giving his heart to someone even though he doesn't believe he deserves it.

I was a bit miffed at Aubrey as I read Rock My World. First, she didn't tell her parents she was coming knowing they would be surprised. Even worse, she let Zach walk into her parents house with barely a heads up! That's cold-blooded, Aubrey. After the shock of springing her nonconformist boyfriend on her uptight and rigid parents, she tells them she lost her job because of some shady work situation of her making? Aww hell naw, girl! Then, she stupidly agrees to meet with an attorney to help her get her job back. Guess who the attorney is...an old boyfriend! Oh Aubrey, why? I know, I know, I should cut her some slack. It's not like Aubrey has a good history with relationships. She met up with "Riff" strictly for a hookup situation. She didn't expect to fall in love with Zach, a man who craves a connection to someone and doesn't believe he deserve it. And who wouldn't fall for Zach? He's just so damn hot!

Michelle introduces us to Aubrey's brother, Gabe Jensen. He's funny, foul-mouthed, and a doctor. And if he looks anything like Aubrey, he's super hot! I like the relationship Gabe has with his sister. He's there for her when she and Zach fall apart. Gabe steps up and reaches out to Zach, even when Zach refuses to see the truth. I completely fell in love with Gabe's character. Michelle plans to spin his character into his own series called Elite Invitation. I can't wait to get my hands on his book!

One of my favorite things about this series is the steam factor. Michelle's sex scenes are majorly hot! Riff and Aubrey's chemistry is off the charts. She builds the sexual tension slowly, not rushing into a scene without a proper build up. And when you get to the payoff, it's worth the wait!

The last chapter in Rock My World is jam packed full of surprises. I don't want to spoil it, but you'll be happy to see some of your favorite story lines continue chapter. I love that Michelle continues to give you a glimpse into the lives of our favorite Black Falcon bad boys.

The Black Falcon series is definitely one of my favorite rock star romances. She gives her characters depth and I feel connected to them. They're not perfect and you find yourself routing for them to overcome their obstacles. I give Rock My Work five gigantic stars! If you haven't read this fantastic series, you need to introduce yourself to Michelle's hot rocker boys as soon as you can.

HOLY FUCK BALLS what a roller coaster ride that was!!! In Rock My Bed Aubrey and Zach "Riff" faced quite a few challenges as they navigated past insecurities and their sex fueled feelings for one another; in Rock My World they were put through the ringer!

After further complications come to light with Aubrey's job she takes Zach home in hopes of getting advice in how to resolve those complications. Aubrey's parents are quite conservative and go to extreme lengths to separate the couple; especially Aubrey's father, "The Judge," who PISSED ME THE FUCK OFF!!!

We meet Aubrey's hottie brother, Gabe, who is more than accepting of Zach and winds up being quite the ally. (I've heard some rumblings, and I hope they're true, that Gabe will be getting his own spin-off book! Watch out ladies, he's going to be a panty melting heart breaker!).

Throw in an ex-boyfriend, an unexpected loss, some shocking news that will have you happy dancing and grinning like a fool, a cameo from Noel & Lanie, and you have a truly AWESOME FUCKING book! I'd expect nothing less from the AMAZEBALLS Michelle Valentine!

READ THIS people! And if you haven't read The Black Falcon series, pull your head up out your ass, crawl from under your rock, dust your self off and one-click!

Series order:
#1 Rock the Heart
#1.5 Rock the Band
#2 Rock My Bed
#2.5 Rock My World

P.S. I LOVED seeing sex-on-a-stick Riff as Zach. I will never get enough Riff but knowing the struggles he endured in his life and how he's dealt with those tragedies, especially since having Aubrey in his life and by his side, I so fell for the man behind the persona!

If you are a fan of Riff and Audrey's, you must read this book. Heck, if you're a fan of this series, you need to read this! In ROCK MY WORLD, we get to see Riff (aka Zach) and Audrey madly in love, but we also see their relationship get tested. Can they withstand the pressures?

Audrey and Riff head out to visit her parents. She needs help from her dad regarding a legal matter about her old job. But, she also wants to introduce them to Riff. She needs them to understand what he means to her. Now, I love Audrey and I'll admit I got worried a few times, but she stood by her man and I was proud of her. She's a tough chick. She didn't let her parents intimidate her. The thing about Audrey is that she sees Riff for who he really is. She sees the guy who craves love and deserves to be loved. She gives him that and I love her even more for it.

Riff has had a tough life. He looks tough and acts tough. He's not exactly the kind of guy Audrey's parents had in mind for her. Regardless, Riff wasn't about to be intimidated by them either. He feels confident in the love he and Audrey have. There were some pretty big moments for Riff in this novella. He's forced to face his past and I felt like he was finally able to heal. Then, he and Audrey go through some pretty life altering events. But, they made it through together.

Now, if you read Rock My Bed, you know what Riff and Audrey's sexual chemistry is like. If you haven't met them as a couple yet, let me just tell you...Riff if the kind of kinky I'd like to have in my bed! He's got a dirty mouth, but he also really worships Audrey. They are really, really hot together!

Overall, I really liked this novella. Like Lane and Noel's novella, I feel like it's necessary to read in order to continue on with the series. Could you go without it? Yes, but why would you want to? It tells a lot about them as a couple and where their future is headed. Not to mention the heart stopping moments. Eep! Plus, we get a status update on Lane and Noel. It made my heart happy. The Black Falcon Series has been such a fun ride and I can't wait to get my hands on Rock the Beat, which is Trip's book! If you like books about sexy rockers, this is a must read series!

Side note: I loved Audrey's brother, Gabe! He cracked me up.

I just got my world completely rocked. Yes people, I just got done with reading Michelle Valentine’s book “Rock My World”, which gives a conclusion to Zach aka Riff & Aubrey aka Kittens relationship. This time around Michelle focused on the emotional aspect of their relationship & put forth some obstacles that they have to overcome in order to show that they believe in what they have is real. Again I must give say bravo to Michelle because the sex scenes were HOT & to be honest I squirmed a little & my art rate went up about ten octane’s, what can say, at least I’m honest. I will also have to put this book down in my records because I started this sucker around 10pm & got done with reading it at 12:15am. Let me say that this book is another five stars folks, Michelle Valentine you have done it again lady, hats off to you, & you without a doubt “Rocked” your fans “World” with this one.

~~DO NOT READ UNLESS YOU HAVE READ ROCK MY BED FIRST~~

Michelle A. Valentine writes some of the steamiest, sexiest Rock Star books around and I am completely in awe of her!!!! Rock My World is the latest companion novella in the Black Falcon series and follows Rock My Bed which is Zach (Riff) and Aubrey’s story. In the continuing saga of the sexiest, dirtiest, oreo eating rock star there ever was and his seemingly innocent looking but secretly sexy vixen girlfriend, we find Aubrey taking Zach home to meet her family unbeknownst to her family and to Zach. Sounds like it could be interesting, right??? We let me assure you, interesting doesn’t even begin to describe how fab this story is!!!

Zach and Aubrey are so far my favourite characters in the series but they are also one of my all time favourite rock couples. The chemistry that Ms. Valentine has created between these characters is explosive but more than just amazingly hot sexy scenes, it’s the romantic connection felt between the characters which for me is what it’s really about… the romance! I fell even more in love with these two character in Rock My World because of how raw and pure their love was. Yes the sex was HOT *fans self* but it was their love for each other that stole my heart. Oh and Aubrey’s brother Gabe……. Y-U-M

Rock My World did just that, it ROCKED MY WORLD! Sexier than hell characters who made me laugh and made me cry. I wanted to kick most of the characters in the a$$ at one time or another because of their behaviour, don’t get me started on their family issues. I was captivated by the storyline, unable to put my e-reader down for even a minute because I needed to know what happened next. Rock My World is the romantic, sexy and hot read you are looking for. Loves me my Black Falcon boys and their ladies

It was a novella ... what can I say?

Wasn't much special about it. It seems more like a deleted chapter or could have been summarized in probably three chapters at the end of Rock My Bed.

It's basically a really drama filled adaptation of meeting the parents. Aubrey's mom is quite melodramatic and her father is ... 'The Judge' ... you'd have to read it to get it :)

While not an over the moon fist pumping novella, it was still well written and edited than most novels and it was good that we got an incorporation of all the characters with even a notable mention of Trip whose story is next in line ... very subtle Michelle :)

It had it all, love, drama, life altering moments ... it packed it all without a punch. It was relaxed and mellow even with the undercurrents of death and accidents. After all, it wouldn't be a Black Falcon novel without sex, music, love and drama.

Being the very unselfish person that Ms. Valentine is, she gifted us with the birth of Noel and Lanie's baby and set us up for the next chapter of Zach and Aubrey's life while hinting at the storm coming that is Trip. Yup! She did it all in a 100 pages.

I must say though, I like when an author commits to a story line or situation, so I hated the unrealistic time frame of the accident and the conversations and hysterics of the hospital scene were bordering on Mills and Boons cheesy! Almost lost me there.

I was rolling my eyes at the recovery method and process and how such a heavy situation was skirted or brush under the rug. There was so many complications and factors that came into play and being a nurse, Ms. Valentine would know. I believe that if you pick a topic, stick with it till the end.

Anyhoo, regardless of those two blunders, it was a nice afternoon nap read. Short and to the point like 'The Judge'!

Can't wait for Trip's book. I always loved this series!

Another great book by Michelle Valentine!!! “Rock My World” continues the story of the “Black Falcon” rock group! Each book stands alone; however, if you want the full affect, you should start at the beginning and read all her books, 1) ”Rock the Heart,” 2) “Rock the Band,” 3) “Rock My Bed,” and 4) “Rock My World.” “Rock My World” is Riff and Aubrey's story which started in “Rock My Bed.” This book was truly amazing! It is about two people from entirely different worlds, falling in love and working together to keep that love strong, despite all the obstacles from family who do not believe they belong together. It is sexy, funny, emotional and fast moving. You will just love this book and this whole series. I cannot wait for the next book in this series from fabulous author, Michelle Valentine!!!!

Riff stole my heart in Rock My Bed and now he was breaking it, poor guy cannot catch a break. Things seemed stacked against Zach & Aubrey, but I loved how things turned out. They totally Rock My World, I completely love, love, love this couple!! I also loved the appearance of Noel and Lane. I will never be able to get enough of Black Falcon.

This was a sweet short novella. I really enjoyed getting more of Zach and Aubrey's story. They have amazing chemistry and some serious hot sex! Wowza!

I could have done without the silly drama but appreciated the fact that it didn't drag on for too long. I absolutely loved the nice surprise that Zach and Aubrey got and the ending was totally perfect.

All those glowing reviews make me think we read different books...Hero cries eight (8!)times over the span of 28 pages. Heroine is either a hormonal teenage girl, or simply stuck in the moronic phase (no worries, we've all been there). The novella could use more editing and less over the top drama. Also, stay away from it if you're lactose intolerant - all that cheese might kill you.

It was one simple kiss from him that first night backstage that turned my world on its head and changed everything in my life. For him--for this love we have--I would do anything. This man is my world.

Before her I was lost, constantly at war with myself. I didn't believe I was worthy of a love so simple and pure. It's something I still battle with, but with each passing day I grow a little more at ease with having something so great in my life. I f**ing love this woman, the there's nothing I wouldn't do for her. Aubrey and my band are all that matter to me in the f***ed up world.

Riff/Zach and Aubrey are in love and have everything going for them, right? Well, it wouldn't be their lives if some complications did not arise. This is a short novella continuing their story after Rock My Bed, but it packs a lot in. They face judgment, threats, jealousy, tragedy and loss. But intermixed are some sweet, steamy, and happy moments. I adore Zach and Aubrey together. They are still fun, flirty, sexy, and entertaining. Their next step is to meet Audrey's parents.

My parents are the most uptight, conservative people on the planet. They have no clue that their little girl is about to bring home a bad-assed, tattooed rock star.

Audrey's family includes her father "the Judge", her mother, and brother Gabe. Gave is quite sexy, cocky, and sarcastic and I liked him immediately. He definitely has leading man potential in his own right. Riff's rock star persona and unfiltered mouth is a shock to her parents to say the least.

"They don't have to accept me Aubrey. All that matters to me is that you do. You know my darkest secrets, and all the f***ed up details that make me who I am, and yo haven't run for the hills screaming. I'll do anything for you. Anything. I want you to be happy and I don't want you to fight with your parents over me."

When in their sheltered bubble of happiness, Zach and Aubrey are strong, devoted, and passionate. But outside influences have the ability to break them down. Insecurities, secrets, threats, and harsh judgment creep up on them. They truly love each other, but they have to figure out if their worlds can really be combined. Zach tells Aubrey "It's you and me against the world now, right?" and unfortunately they have to prove it.

There were some surprises and mysteries in this one. It was full of tension, drama, and some difficult scenes. I love Zach and he is responsible for several swoon worthy moments. His bad-boy outer shell just hides such a sweet, loving, passionate, and devoted man. I am anxious to hear about some of the secrets that were alluded to in this book in the next book since apparently one of the other band boys is hiding something. We get a little bit of Noel and Lanie in this novella as well and that made me smile. I am really glad Michelle decided give us more of Zach and Aubrey's after story(I was one of many encouraging her to do so.) And even though it was not that long, it gave us more insight into this couple and let us follow in their journey good and bad. There was humor, tension, passion, sadness, and happiness. Parts of it made me mad, some made me gasp, and others made me sigh in contentment. Each book in this series just makes me love these characters more and I cannot wait for Trip's book Rock the Beat.

Thanks to Michelle Valentine for providing me with an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Will be posted at Reviews by Tammy and Kim.

Can I just begin this review by stating the fact that Michelle Valentine is absolutely a genius when it comes to writing!!!! She is a "no thinker" to me when it comes to buying her books. I am the one that has no thinking to do... because EVERY SINGLE ONE of them is amazeballs!!!! Michelle... you have once again won my heart and soul with your writing, the characters you create, and you have the ability to even retell events and suck readers in while writing novellas!! Kudos my friend!!

Rock my World is a novella that continues after Rock my Bed. You will want to make sure to read them in order or you are setting yourself up for spoilers. Trust me when I say there is nothing spoiled about Riff to make him not good enough to eat! **wink wink** This follows Riff and Aubrey's story and dives deeper into their relationship, but with a twist this time. That twist is Aubrey's uptight, conservative, walks around with sticks up their butts family! Well.... minus her brother, which I would love to see become a bad boy of his own. ;)

Aubrey has been screwed over by her company, Center Stage Marketing, and she has decided to go home to ask Daddy (the judge) for advice. Her father has his own children refer to him as "Judge" is that hint enough for how large his corn cob is??? Aubrey and Riff decide to kill two birds with one stone and ask for advice and introduce my favorite Oreo eating, sex on legs, Black Falcon member to her darling parents. Now, on a side note Riff does not know that Aubrey has not informed her parents of said job problem or said sexy boyfriend. He is hit full force with their judgmental attitudes as soon as their eyes land on him... and he hasn't even taken off his ball cap yet!!! Daddy dearest lays one eye on him and starts the plotting on how he can manipulate Riff to leave Aubrey. There may even be an ex boyfriend that comes back around.. just sayin. I immediately despised Aubrey's mom and dad and wanted to jump in the book and clock them one! Aubrey isn't going to put up with their negative treatment either, and lets a few F bombs fly.

Rock my World... literally ROCKED MY WORLD!!! Of course there was hot sex... it is a book about Riff... HELLO!! But I shed tears, laughed, got pissed off, and wanted to ride and punch Riff at one point. Ha!! Throughout the book we saw Zach for the most part, but there was a time or two would Riff would rear his head and start the detached, cold, untouchable crap. Of course, in my opinion there is no other star rating for Michelle Valentine lower than a 5!! I would give her 10s, 100s, 1000s if the rating scale went that high... but with that being said... Rock my World is a 5 star on the knock my socks off scale! Kudos Michelle... you have hit a home run again!!

Rock My World is a companion novella to Rock My Bed ~ Aubrey is taking Zach home to meet the parents and what we learned about her folks in RMB had me thinking it would go down something like this...

Well I certainly am not going to TELL you how it went down! I have to say RMW was FANTASTIC ~ It expanded on Zach & Aubrey's story and there is no doubt in my mind that the two of them were totally in love..

But there were a few bumps in the road ~ the first one will have you...

and then totally

Zach on for what he initially decided but then a phone call that left me..

comes and the utter chaos began!!! I was left thinking...

when Zach takes his frustrations out on the wrong person!!!!! We all know Zach's history from RMB and we know it is devastatingly sad and it sure had me teary-eyed but I think I about ...

when ~ well crickey I can't tell you what but believe me you will go from ...

to total

in a span of 1.2 minutes LOL ~ well that's what my Kindle told me it took!!! Michelle was even kind enough to throw in a ..

as well as a bonus chapter that left me

I adored RMW ~ I gobbled it up as it was meant to be! To see the love Zach felt for Aubrey be expanded upon as well as letting himself open up to such love will leave you all warm & fuzzy too!! Another MUST freaking read from Michelle!!! Total 5 stars ALL the way :)

WOW!!!★★★★★★★★★★ 10 stars, this book deserves it!
Ok, so I know I've said this before, but DAMN. This was by far the best out of Riff. I'm soooo happy he didn't walk away from Aubrey and basically told the Judge to shove it. I started bawling when he said he was going to leave. My heart broke, then the true Riff kicked in! YA RIFF!!! That's our man we love!Gabe I really enjoyed his interactions with Riff, Aubrey and the family. He cracked me up, what a good brother and I'm so happy he gave Riff a chance and even went to get him! Loved it. This was probably one of the most emotional of Michelle's stories, especially in the Black Falcon series, I ugly cried at least 5 times throughout this book. When Riff was in the hospital with Aubrey, when he was talking to her, I bawled and that was the sweetest moment in book history. Loved it. I'm so happy in the end her family warmed up to Riff and was able to let all that stereotypical bullcrap go. They are meant to be. I'm so happy. I hope there is more, but if it ends. It ended how it should and I'm very happy. I love these guys so much! The added Noel bonus added to it perfectly, I love Noel and Lanie. Must read for yourselves ladies, have to find out how this all ends and what big shockers happen! Two thumbs up and 10 stars! Thank you for this series Michelle! ❤ ❤ ❤✿✿✿

Some favorite quotes:

"Everyone. When we hit our fifties, we'll still be having hot, porn-like sex everyday. My stamina has no expiration date, babe."

"Maybe I should have you start calling me Guitar God. Might be kind of fun, especially in the bedroom. What do you think?" (I WILL Riff!!!)

"Damn it, Kitten.See what you do to me. I swear to God I'm on like a f&*%ing light switch whenever thoughts of you and sex enter my head at the same time. You've ruined me for life."

"I'm glad I've ruined you for all other women. I want to keep you all to myself."

"No on has ever stood up for me like that before-chosen me over basically their entire world. It means a lot that you did that, but I also want you to know even if they treat me like s%$#@, I always want you to have a relationship with your family."

"It was you. I heard your voice, singing to me. It pulled me in and I had to follow it. It lead me back to you."
