Here is my review for the series as a whole.
I give the series four and a half stars out of five.

K-ON! is a slice-of-life series. It's about the friendship between the members of their high school's Pop Music Club.

Because this series is a slice-of-life series, there's not much to say about the story. That doesn't bring the score down, because it's not meant to have much of a story that progresses with each volume. The series is more about the characters.

The main characters are amazing. They're all unique. They're all very different, and get on each other's nerves sometimes, but I think that just makes the friendship more believable, not less.

The series has great art. I don't think it's anything exceptional, but it's very fitting and still very good. The books can also be pretty funny sometimes.

The first volume is a great introduction. The second volume introduces a new character to keep things fresh. I don't really remember much about the third and fourth. They're probably the most forgettable. There's no new characters or big things that happen, but it's still very fun.
The last two can be read in either order. I actually read the one written last before the one written earlier. I'm glad I did, because K-ON! College, the one I read last, ended up being my favorite.

K-ON! College follows the first four characters throughout college. It introduces more characters that are very good and is very unique compared to the others. I did think the ending was a little quick, and some parts were difficult to follow, but most of it was great.

K-ON! High School is probably the worst one in my opinion. It's still very good, but I think only one of the two new characters was very good. Not only that, but the new character that was good didn't get enough time to shine.

Each book had its ups and downs, but in the end, this series is very fun and I would recommend it to fans of slice-of-life.

A cool aftermath to the K-On! story. Could be made into a cool OVA too.

This is a follow up to the original K-On series and it felt so much like the anime but with different characters sprinkled in. I think I would have wanted more than one volume about this story though and if they added this as additional content for the anime, I think it would make it even better. My only issue with this personally was that the ending felt unfinished and that there was a lot more choppy episodic chapters than I anticipated. Because of these points, I have to give this manga a 3.5 out of 5 stars

This manga is an epilogue story of the main series. Tell a story of our beloved characters going through college. Still have the same wholesome and funny moment throughout the plot. Although they're now in college, their personality didn't change at all, they still how do i say it... kinda childish. I don't hate it, but i freaking love it. Some people may be thinking that's a bad character development right there, for me its not. This is the last time we're gonna see the characters. So its gotta make an impact that will make the characters remembered for who they are.

The story is very simple, just like the main anime. Cute girls doing cute thing but the difference is that they are now in college. They meet new people with new personality and the interaction they have is also new. We rarely have a new characters in the main series. Everyone is build perfectly with their own uniqueness. So we the reader never confuse them with other girls. This part is really important because their character design looks almost the same.

The manga is drawn in 4-koma style. Personally for me, i kinda dislike this kind of style. Its boring and hard to read. I need to zoom one line at a time to read. Beside that, everything is beautiful. I like the simple art style of this manga because its fit the mood. Everyone is chilling living their best life. No drama, no action, only fun moment with friends.

The pace is kinda slow. But that's not a problem for me because i like to consume things slowly, either its my food or my entertainment. Every genre from comedy to CGDCT is done greatly. I get a good laugh out of it, and sometimes smiling because they're so fluffy. Not literally fluffy, but their action that is fluffy. Deep down they care for each other and it warms my heart. There's also a brief cameo for the girls that still in high school. I kinda wish they end it on Azusa getting into the same college you know. I think that's too much to ask. If they do it, i don't think i can contain the happiness.

Overall, the vibe this manga radiate is almost the same as the anime. I can't judge the original manga series because i never read that. Some people says its better, other says its worse. Me, i really enjoy reading it and you should too. Taking a break from the never stopping real life problem by reading this. I will definitely read the K-On! High School too because Azusa is my best girl. Thank you for reading my review.

I usually find slice of life manga boring. Slice of life and comedy are hard to convey properly in manga (in comparison to anime) but the k-on series does both perfectly!
The art work, although simple is adorable :)
I love how it introduced new characters who are equally as likeable as the main keions. Glad the manga was given this sequel! I hope itll be animated or get another volume

A bit more on the thoughtful side as the cast have to learn independence in their first time spent away from home. The new characters are cute enough, with Akira stealing the spotlight with ease. It’s as cute as ever and if you’ve made it this far, you’re unlikely to stop enjoying it here.

Really love the anime, I didn’t like the manga nearly as much probably because this manga style annoys me(“4-Koma” I think it’s called)😁👌🎸❤️

Despite the extra color art, I found the story to be less interesting than the high school version.

Esse volume é muito gostosinho de ler. A dinâmica com as personagens novas é muito boa, e todas elas tem visuais e personalidades bem distintas, mas que se complementam. Eu adorei.

If you liked K-ON! at all, be it you've read it or watched it, you'll love this manga. It's a great follow up to the girls graduating out of high school and moving on into their new college. Continuing on with their shared dream of staying in a band, they practice and play together and eventually come across another girl band within their new college.

It's been a while since I've read it before making this review, but I can say that it still has the same charm as all the other K-ON! books and episodes. I have to say it's fantastic to have a follow up on characters I've fallen head over heels in love with over the course of a few years. I plan on eventually collecting all the previous manga and the following one published after this, "K-ON! High School," which follows Asuna and her friends as they advance on and make new friends, continuing on with the light music club.

All in all, it's cute, it's comedic, it's charming, it's K-ON!

I wasn't a big fan of K-on, mostly because of that horrendous character Azusa. When I heard this one wouldn't have her, I just wanted to read it.

Sadly I quickly found out that the gags/jokes from previous stuff, carried over to this one, I think that is a shame. They could have easily made these characters more mature, more adult, yet they went for their high school personas, which is a real shame.

There are various new characters, and at times I was just confused as to who was who, but that soon fades and I started liking those characters more than I did the K-on characters.

It was interesting however to see them in college, see them struggle with all the new things and make new friends.

I am glad though that this one is a one volume, and not more. Since I don't think I would want to read more about this.

Finally, after four years of highschool, After School Tea Time moves on to college, where they clash head to head with the rocking Only Girlz! As the group gets to know their new rival, the two bands work together towards their dreams of becoming pro musicians!

Kakifly's art style is at it's best in the fifth installment of the K-on! series. The colors are richer, the dialogue more natural, and the panels more balanced. This is definitely one of the better fourpanel manga I have read, pick it up!

Sebenarnya belum pernah baca komiknya K-On! sih.

I loved this continuation. The new characters were more interesting than the new ones in the High School volume. Of course, this might have had partly to do with the story not being the last one period, though it is the last for the original four members of "Afternoon Tea Time". Still, the lack of melancholy of the whole series being over wasn't as much and thus made the rest of the comics more enjoyable. Though I really did like the new characters here better.

It seems like it's been so long since I've read the original series- I was excited to find there were a couple encore volumes released recently! But… this one only turned out to be okay. Some of the gags are repetitive and I had trouble meshing with the new characters… :/ Too bad. HOWEVER I found I did enjoy the next volume (#6) much more.

This volume is nice because there are new characters. It gives the series a fresh feeling. However it does seem like some of the characters' personalities are similiar to the original gang. Not a lot happens over thr course of the manga. However, the characters do seem to grow a little older and they are still just as entertaining as ever.

It's great, I liked it more than the original K-On. There are more interesting characters and that's always more fun. The only one I miss is Azu-nyan (as she should be called, not by that horribly translated nonsense "Azu-meow")
