Leonard Wibberley takes his family—and the reader—on a summer drive in a 27-foot motor home throughout the western United States. Along the way he provides insights into the natural features, history, and peoples of this wide open expanse of America.
Well, if you want to read a book filled with the minutia of one family's travels across the western U.S. then this book is for you. If you don't, pass on this one. This book has a few entertaining moments, but I found the author's style a bit arrogant and self indulgent.
An old fashioned book that was a fun read. We're considering purchasing a motorhome, so I enjoy reading anything concerning this lifestyle, even older accounts.
