On Mystic Lake:
Typical "I'm leaving you for a younger woman" with a twist. Grips you with the heartache, especially the love on Mystic Lake. Great beach read.
Summer Island
Heart wrenching story of two families torn apart, and brought back together through various means.
Distant Shores
Big wig husband lets down wife who gave up everything to support his dreams.
Home Again
Not a fan of the supernatural aspect. This book does not really fit with the other three.
I will say, it frustrates me that infidelity is such a huge part of most of these books. And the characters seem to ignore that it happened and forgive as if it is no major deal in their marriage.

This is 4 of different books; On Mystic Lake, Summer Island, Distant Shores, Home Again. She definitely has a particular writing style. Each book takes place on the west coast, with a love interest, and a death of a family member or someone close. I enjoy the stories but they are pretty predictable.

I loved all the raw emotions that this story brings which leaves you crying and laughing. It’s a little predictable but a great read!

Love love love
This book is for anyone who questions if love is real and the power behind it. I adore the way Kristin writes. She puts you right next to the characters. The way she describes Washington state, I can almost smell the ocean, the pine trees, the little towns. I recommend this series to anyone. Young, old, teens, and adults.
