I received this book in exchange for writing an honest review.

First, all of the positives:
1. Excellent characters, and I mean well-developed, believable, and capable of emotional involvement from the reader.

2. Plausible plot line. It was not a collection of sex scenes with a plot thrown in. The sex matters to the plot and the plot makes the sex work.

3. An author who respects the reader. The language/writing style speaks to an author who believes the reader is capable of accepting a more literate level of erotica.

The negatives:
1. It ends very abruptly, which bespeaks to the serial nature of the story. This is not a deal-breaker but it is a negative because I would rather have had an ending....an actual ending.

2. I am not sure this belongs in a category of BDSM. Keep in mind, this is not a problem for me. But it is a negative if you want BDSM.

I wish I could convey how much I enjoyed this story. While clearly part of a serialized story, this novel stands quite well on it's own, save perhaps the very abrupt ending.

Cumulative review of all four books 3.5 out of 5 Licks

I rather enjoyed the Dominating series by Malia Mallory and read all four of them in one weekend. I gave the overall series a 3.5 instead of the 4 I was leaning towards on the kitty licking scale because the transitions between books and scenes were a bit clunky. Not enough to prevent me from reading because the story line was intriguing and the characters interesting and well thought out. The first book takes you on a journey in the tropics on the island of Oahu. I’ve been there twice so I felt the vibe that the author presented rather easily. Tabitha was an easy character to love. She was quirky, knew what she wanted in life but lacked a back story. I don’t think we learned anything about her life outside of her desire to find the right man for her and a couple office friends. Marcus the beautiful man she meets in Hawaii has a much richer tale aside from the fact that he’s stinking rich. He has a domineering nature that I found likeable and not overbearing. The romance is pretty hot and you find out about Marcus’s predilection towards dominance but not the full detail behind it until book 2.

Ah, book 2 I liked very much. Probably my favorite of the four. The author delved deeper into the art of dominating a submissive and “collaring” ones mate in a BDSM lifestyle. There’s a part in the book where the author goes through a collaring ceremony and I thought it was really intriguing and found myself getting a little emotional. You could feel the characters intensity and pure love during the ceremony. The plot thickened in this book but did leave you hanging a bit needing to read book 3 to get further knowledge about the Granger Pharma company takeover and some suspicious dangerous events that occur in this portion.

In book 3 we’re introduced to Jonah the brother of Marcus. He’s a wildly attractive, womanizing, work-a-holic research scientist. In this book he falls for a fellow colleague Anna who has been pining for him for years. They fall hard and fast and have some sexy times that definitely make the tale erotic. Break-in’s occur at their lab where company secrets are being stolen and sold to the highest bidder.

Book 4 brings the entire ball of wax together by starting from start to finish with the budding relationship of Monica Granger and her love interest Ben Coron a member of the Coron family a sworn enemy to the Granger clan. The two can’t help but fall for one another because the heart wants what the heart wants.

Overall, there was a lot going that I thought was intriguing, interesting to read and had me captivated. However, with that said, I would have given it a 4 closing in on a 4.5 if the plot had been fleshed out a bit more and more dominance as the title suggested. Although most of the characters are rich, they don’t act like they’re crazy rich or blatant with their money in any of the books. If you’re looking for a good series with a little dominance, some spanking, a little suspense this is the tale for you.

Doctor Anna Foster may just get what she wants: sexy fellow researcher Jonah Granger. She's been in love with him for years, but Jonah has always been more interested in work at his family's business, Granger Pharma, than romance. Now that they've admitted their attraction, Anna may even be able to tell him what she really wants: to submit to him.

But Granger Pharma faces a hostile takeover. Sensitive data and samples are missing from Anna and Jonah's lab; it may be corporate espionage. Everyone is under suspicion and, they're even beginning to question each other. Anna must discover the truth if she's going to save both her job and her relationship with the man she dreams of serving.

My Review:
Anna is excited to share Jonah's lab during the renovations, she has a reservation or two though. Jonah is very particular about his lab, everything has to be in the right place. Shortly after the renovations start, the lab is broken into and samples and notes are missing. Security is tightened and everyone hopes that will be enough. Anna takes her work seriously, she works hard, and she is brilliant.

Jonah is a work-a-holic. He doesn't have time for relationships and he doesn't know how to make them work. Working close together, Jonah finds out Anna has longed to be with him. Jonah makes Anna's dream come true. I liked Jonah, he has a strong work ethic, is very handsome, confident, extremely smart and caring.

The sex between Jonah and Anna sizzles and Anna is afraid to tell him she's submissive. Jonah really isn't into all that, but he's willing to try a little for Anna. I was surprised that Jonah was quite inventive and eager to be what Anna wanted.

One night Tabitha calls Jonah, she's hysterical. While on their honeymoon, Marcus was in a para-sailing accident and needs to be flown home.
Anna is very surprised to learn that this is the second accident for Marcus. I had a few suspects as to who the culprit is, I will have to wait and see how good my guess is in the next book.

Her Wish, His Command is a fantastic story that continues the plot line for the Dominating BDSM Billionaires series. For some reason, I happened to read this book first. I really didn't feel like I was lost in the story. Anna and Jonah are so right for each other, they have great chemistry, a lot of sexual tension and are a joy to read about. Jonah has a little bit of trouble trying to work through problems, it's just easier for him to end the relationship. I'm glad that Anna wouldn't let him do that.
I love this book and the story moved along quite quickly. I think everyone would enjoy this book.

I got this book from the publisher in exchange for an honest review...

I honestly know why I have some books sitting on my kindle for a while...

this is a short book, but I honestly didn't like it. When i see a BDSM in the title i get pretty excited, but this one really didn't do it for me.

this story is about a couple scientist. Anna, who interned at her current job was fascinated with another scientist. that is why she put in to work their. Jonah on the other hand was a womanizer. he went thru women pretty quickly and honestly didn't even turn a blind eye at her. She continued to do well with company and decided that she needed this job and took it.

it has been months since she seen Jonah. She heard thru the grapevine that he was single and she knew what she had to do. her office was getting redone so her and her assistant were going to share a job with Jonah. She started off very innocently until Jonah was on to her. He grazed her arm when getting coffee and called her out on her attraction towards him. she denied it but he laughed it off.

the next day Anna dressed very sexy and was going to sweep him off his feet. He took the bait and they ended up going to dinner. She had he all hot and heavy and turned him down when they got to her house. So what do you think happened? they had sex in their office!! well, all good things come to an end when someone is stealing Jonah's research.

By this time i am already half way thru the book and i was like ummm HELLO WHERE IS THE KINK? BDSM my ass! so as Anna and Jonah's relationship start to heat up she tells him that she wants to be dominated. like spanked and tied up. No, she has never had that done to her but she wants it. SO, now i am thinking ok Jonah is a closet dominant. i can live with that.... that was a big NO. he has never done it. so these two will start on their own adventure and believe me it is not good. so if you are big into BDSM this is not the story for you. if you have never read it before you might enjoy this book.

Another fabulous read from Malia Mallory! A continuation in the Dominating BDSM Billionaires Series, Her Wish, His Command is continuation of the previous books, but we get new characters. (And we get to go to Marcus and Tabitha’s beautiful wedding with them!) Though it’s a continuation of the series, the story can be read as a stand alone.

The central characters, Anna and Jonah, are co-workers, scientists at Granger pharmaceuticals. Anna has always had a thing for Jonah, and when they are forced to share an office space, things immediately heat up between them. The tension is fantastic, and the reader doesn’t have to wait long for things to boil over. They share a mutual attraction and plenty of *cough* “chemistry” (haha, science joke), but the quiet and often insecure Anna has a hidden to desire to be a submissive, and the relationship challenged Jonah has no experience as a Dominant. This deliciously sexy story follows the couple as they find their way towards common ground in the bedroom. This couple seems to have a tendency towards hot, quick sex in public places; and I like it! Fantastically written, sensual, and sizzling hot sex scenes, and the prospect for a real and fulfilling romantic relationship make this a couple to root for. In a short time, Mallory easily creates relatable and complex characters and an emotional and engaging romance.

Entwining its way into Anna and Jonah’s sexy romance is the ongoing corporate espionage subplot. Important information an research is stolen from the labs at Granger Pharma, security is breached, and another attempt is made at Marcus’ life. Though the romantic story reaches a satisfying conclusion, the future of Granger Pharma, as well as the professional futures of Marcus, Anna, and Jonah hang in the balance. I can’t wait to read the next story!

*Book source ~ Many thanks to NetGalley and the author for providing a review copy in exchange for an honest review.

Jonah Granger is a top notch researcher and brilliant scientist, but he’s clueless how to keep a relationship longer than a few weeks. Dr. Anna Granger, fellow researcher and scientist has wanted Jonah from the moment she worked at Granger Pharma for her internship as a graduate student. The following years have not made her want him less. Now, they have to share a lab while renovations are going on and Anna decides it’s time to see if her longing and wanting are legitimate or just a built up fantasy in her head. When Jonah expresses interest, Anna presses full steam ahead and damn the torpedoes since this may be her only opportunity to see if they have a chance. Even when corporate espionage throws a big fat monkey wrench into the works Jonah and Anna work together to protect Granger Pharma. But will they last the long haul?

Ooooh! I love me a brainy hunky absentminded nerd. Anna and Jonah are great characters and they come to life on the page for me. Their sexual chemistry is off the charts and the sex scenes are smokin’ hot and yet there is more to the story (and them) than hot sex. I love that Jonah hadn’t thought about BDSM until Anna requested it from him. And his approach to the issue was typical of a nerd. Research instead of just asking questions. LOL The espionage plot carries on from the other books and advances with a little more detail. The bad guy or guys are still unknown, but the plot thickens. I’m looking forward to Book 4 and Monica’s story to see how it all plays out.

Her Wish, His Command is part 3 in the Dominating BDSM Billionaires series. The book centers on Anna and Jonah who both work in the labs at Granger Pharma. Jonah is a Granger and Anna worked with him during her internship and has been smitten with him every since which is unknown to Jonah. Anna finds herself being thrust into Jonah's lab during renovations and Jonah finds himself noticing Anna and that she responds to him. During the course of their affair a series of thefts, break ins, and accidents are occurring and everyone is trying to find out who is behind it. This is all while Anna and Jonah's relationship is developing. Anna also confides to Jonah that she likes to be dominated. Jonah tries his hand at making Anna submissive. Throughout the story both Anna and Jonah came off very stiff and clinical to me. I had a hard time with their relationship because while they spoke things over it was like they had little emotion to them. Both were very similar in character and even with the very little BDSM they had in their relationship, Jonah still said it felt like too much work. I felt like screaming- UM, Relationships do take work! The side story about the breaks in and thefts kept me guessing and we are left with waiting for the next book for the conclusion. But Anna and Jonah while seemingly perfect for each other, fell flat for me.

Her Wish His Command is a short novel written by Malia Mallory. The third in a series in the Dominating BDSM Billionaires Series. This particular short novel is about Anna Foster, a doctor and scientist who works for Granger Pharma. For years she has been in love with a fellow researcher by the name of Jonah Granger. Jonah had always been more interested in his work than relationships. That was until they were forced to share the same lab. While they admitted their love for each other, hostile takeovers have them questioning everyone and each other.

While reading this particular novel, I was on the edge of my seat and couldn’t put it down. While being so engrossed in the story and wanting to find out what happened next, I finished the book in less than two hours. It was a pressing need to find out what happened next and if Jonah and Anna were going to make it through the stresses of what was going on around them. All I can fully say is WOW! Such a well written and amazing book. The attention to detail was wonderful. It left me wanting for more.. I can’t wait to read the next in the series and would recommend it to all my friends.

Two scientist working in a lab together. Anna has been interested in Jonah for some time but he keeps things on a very professional relationship. Anna and Jonah have to share work space together because of some renovations and finally Jonah realizes there is a spark between them. Anna has some submissive needs and she is hoping that Jonah can fill them as they start their relationship. Meanwhile, there is some company espionage going on at their workplace and they must try to figure out who is doing what and how to protect their work.
Does that summary sound kind of boring? Because it felt that way while reading it. I'm not sure if it was because the background to the setting was a labratory and that seems less than sexy or if it was the lack of real chemistry between the two characters but this book was just blah to me. The writing was okay but the story just wasn't sexy at all. I wouldn't recommend this book and won't be reading the next book in the series, which is necessary if you want to learn exactly who is to blame for the problems in the workforce.

Though it’s not the direction I thought Malia was going to go, I have to say Her Wish, His Command my favorite of the series so far! It’s sensual, exciting, mysterious and an all-around engrossing story that any fans of the genre will enjoy! It’s also written in a way it can be read as a stand-alone. But I recommend reading the others of the series because they are all enjoyable :)

Anna is a research scientist for a major company. She’s beautiful, smart and knows EXACTLY what she wants and needs in a relationship. She is also not afraid to admit it to her partner (much respect to you Anna!) Now if she can only find the right partner she’d be all set!
Jonah is 110% into his work. He lives it, breaths it and loves it! He’s not been able to hold onto a relationship for long, ever. But when him and Anna get together everything changes and he actually loves it (love this guy)!

I love the build and the overall chemistry between these two. I cannot wait for the next in the series! I hope Malia writes quickly (hint hint).4.5 rounded to a solid 5 rating.

Wow, erotica with a storyline that is well written and well plotted, where the love scenes actually move the story along rather than serving as placeholders. Well done Ms. Mallory. This is evidently book 3 in a series, but except for the cliff hanger ending, stands alone quite well. The characters, both the lead couple and the secondary ones, were believable and relateable. They were engaging from the first and emotional connection was easy. I truly cared about their happily ever after. Suffice it to say they had "chemistry" and the love scenes were passionate and sensual. The pacing was even and the plotline made sense. The elements of mystery and suspense were strong enough to create some tension, as well. Malia Mallory has given readers a strong story that includes passionate sex, light BDSM elements, a beautiful romance between fully faceted characters, and did I mention that it is extremely well written!?! I really enjoyed this book and will seek out the others in the series.

This is the third book in the Dominating BDSM Billionaires series and the second one that I have read. Even though I already have the next one on my Kindle and this ended in a supposed cliffhanger, I'm not overly eager to continue the series. While I admit I am curious to see how it ends, I have to say the characters are really that interesting to me. Both Anna and Jonah work together in the lab. Anna has had feelings for Jonah for years but is just now letting him know. And while Anna wants him to be a Dominant, Jonah has admitted that is just not who he is. There is just very little emotion between either character and then there is a weird subplot about thefts in the lab where they work that is only briefly mentioned. Then there is a very brief mention of Jonah's brother being injured that may or may not be related to the thefts. But then the story quickly veers away from that subject. I think truthfully Mallory could have written a longer story and wrapped up in one volume rather than two.

Although this is the third book in the series, i think its ok to read as a stand alone book.

This book was a little wooden for me, Jonah and Anna work together in a lab she has admired him from afar for many years, and finally he notices her.

There relationship seems to be robotic they go to work, go out to eat go home have sex (the sex is supposed to be in the submissive/domination genre) but it all just missed the mark for me. The sex scenes are well written, but i wouldnt call them very erotic or dominating.

The plot has a theft at the lab theme running through as well as the romance, you get little of actually what was taken from the lab, and for what purpose but no explanation at the end, i suppose that is to draw you into buying the next book.
The writing is good in this book, but i like a little more depth to a story and characters, also a lot more sensuality and damn right sexiness in the love scenes.

After reading this book, although it does have a BDSM aspect to the story, I didn’t really see it throughout the story. Anna is a submissive, and when she finally lands the man of her dreams, Jonah, she is willing to take the risk of letting him know what she wants in a relationship.
This book is completely prim and proper when it comes to the sex parts of the book. I wouldn’t even consider it smutty because everything is so technical and explained so properly that it just didn’t do anything for me.
The one thing that I did enjoy about this book though was the drama that was taking place throughout it all. That is the part of the story that actually kept me reading it. I would not recommend this book if you are looking for a smutty read, this is more a book that you can read that will keep your interest with the drama.

Sweet with very little and mild bdsm. Anna wants to have a certain amount of bdsm in her life. She feels and need that no-one up till this point has been able to fulfill. Not only that but she has been lusting after her co-worker/owners son for quite some time. Now her and Jonah are pushed to share work space and he can't help noticing her response to him and she can't keep it under wraps. There relationship progresses with Jonah not being sure about her expectations on the whole dominance thing. Meanwhile there are complications at work and they each need to figure out the personal and professional issues and see what happens. A very nice love story with some intrigue thrown in to keep the story busy. I would recommend to this series since it is more written for anyone who loves a romance novel.

Her Wish, His Command is book 3 in the series, but the first that I've read. The story was pretty good, but the steamy sex is what brought this one up to 4 stars. Be warned, there is a cliffhanger at the end, but it wasn't suspenseful--just there.

I really enjoyed the wedding that Jonah and Anna attended, not the ceremony itself--but the "action" behind the scenes was great. Watching Jonah ease his way into domination was fun. I will be reading the next book in the series, primarily for the steam factor.

Thanks to the publisher for providing me with a copy via Netgalley in return for my honest review.

Sweet and very mild BDSM! I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest opinion. So that's what I will give it. This book is a very different view on the dominant/submissive relationship. It was nice to see that the man was not a dominant but was willing to become one for his woman. Anna liked to be dominated and Jonah wanted to make her happy. Was Jonah happy about it? Well you'll have to read it to find out. I had not read the first two books before reading this one, but I find that I want to. I also will be reading the fourth book in this series because I am curious to see if I have solved the mystery. It's worth the read!

This book was the first I have read in this series. I did not enjoy it. The plot and everything about this book seemed rush and Anna seemed to be very weak as a character and whiney. She had no backbone and Jonah really did not do it for me either. I really thought I was going to enjoy this book. I was very poorly mistaken. Everything was just off for me in this book. Boring and very forget-able. Even the sex scenes seemed lacking.

I received this ARC from the author via Net Galley for an honest review. Thank you.

Her Wish, His Command is book number three in the series and we are introduced to Anna and Jonah. Jonah is Marcus's brother and works for the family company in the labs. Anna is also a doctor in the labs and has been in love with Jonah for a while. He doesn't know but when they are thrown into the same lab, sparks fly.

It was a decent book. We are introduced to more trouble and find out some interesting things. I have the next one on my kindle and can't wait to get into it to find out the story behind Monica and Ben.

Her Wish, His Command By Malia Mallory

This is a mild BDSM book. It is the third book in the series, but is ok to read by itself, but you will want to know what happens after the abrupt ending. I liked this book and will get the others to read too.

Anna and Jonah are researchers who work together. Anna has wanted Jonah since her internship. Jonah has kept things professional. The chemistry between them is great.

It is a well written story, great job Malia.

This book is about a female scientist, Anna Foster, who has had a crush for years on fellow scientist Jonah Granger. Jonah seems to have problems with relationships, as in keeping them because he is always focused on his work. Anna finally finds the courage to do something about her crush when she realises that they are both single at the same time.
She is in for a big surprise when she finally acts on her feelings for Jonah.
