Jenny Davis was a schoolteacher until the county closed the school. Now, while she waits to find another teaching position she is employed as a reporter for the local newspaper. She learns Emmy, a previous student is lost. She is determined to help find her anyway she can, so she follows her own clues. This short story is well-written and easy to read. A simple story to pass the time while waiting at an appointment.
