In a small town where the mill is the majority of income support, what happens when it closes down and even worst goes into bankruptcy? For a single mother, Dani who has been working at the mill for the past twelve years, she is now without a job to pay the bills, feed her daughter and keep the roof over their heads. It's time for her to suck it up and get another job quick. The only place is hiring and Dani uses it as a last resort is a strip club. Dani gets a job bartending and isn't that happy about it but what else can she do? What's worst now is that her teenage daughter Emily won't talk to her and is embarrassed that her mother is working at the club. Dani's next door neighbor and best friend Ryan keeps offering Dani money, but she doesn't want to be his charity case, what she doesn't realize is he would do absolutely anything for her. Dani has a secret passion though, she is an amazing fashion designer, and when the opportunity arises to work in fashion industry, she jumps at it but what will happen when the VP of the company turns out to be a sleaze she had trouble with at the bar?
