By the time it hit the cities it was too late to stop it, not even the nuclear strikes against infected towns could wipe it out.

If I would have known this was not a stand-alone story, I wouldn't have wasted time on it. It read like it was a sample of a book I downloaded, just ending abruptly.
This was a short read. It is the first 4 chapters of a still-being-written episodic Zombie series. The main character is an intelligent zombie who "other than his desire to kill and eat humans" is a pretty normal guy. I found the story idea interesting enough to follow for at least one more segment. I recommend this book to lovers of (Episodic) Zombie Series.
