After a compelling visit from a stranger from the future, Edward Otep's new life goal is simple: Ensure humanity survives! But he can't do it alone. With his team assembled, they fight a clock quickly counting down to zero.
People worldwide are developing extraordinary abilities, with society as we know it crumbling down around them. It's up to Edward and his new friends to endure terrorists attack, crazy discoveries, catastrophes, and the possible end of humanity as we know it. These are the selfless acts that build character, make heroes, and create legends.
But as the old adage goes, "No good deed goes unpunished."
My friend Kerron wrote this book and I applaud him for that. I enjoyed reading this book. The story is told through the eyes of a number of different characters and from a number of different view points. This choice of how to tell the story I found to be daring. There were some great challenges facing the author in regards to telling the story from so many different perspectives, and even though at times I felt myself lost or confused, I would eventually come around and understand what the author was describing. The book was full of great action scenes and gave great perspective to each individual character and there development. There were a lot of grammatical errors through out the book but that is to be expected when self publishing and proof reading your own work. All in all I enjoyed my journey with the characters and was left wanting more. The author has a great grasp on the ideals of getting a reader engaged and caring about what happens to the characters. Do yourself a favor and get this book and be prepared for some great amateur SciFi/Fantasy reading!
