This is the story of a young woman who dreams of being a singer... she makes it big and then finds out that she is dying. Sounds depressing, but surprisingly its not. WHat it is, is a well wrote story about dying of vCJD. I had never heard of the disease befor I read this book, and I was pretty surprised that there have been a number of accounts of people in the u.s. getting it from tainted beef. Its the disease that nobody (here) knows about. When you finish the story, you are definiatly left with things to think about.
