Research not only adds authority and credibility to your writing, it often sparks ideas for new plots or a more interesting angle to your articles and features. With this help of this illuminating book you'll discover valuable techniques that ensure you visit the right places, ask the right questions and interview the right people.
It was so hard for me to stay focused all the time and I just couldn't read everything. I leaped from one part to another, searching for something useful to learn. The book is about research, but I didn't find much to use for my own work, since all the details were about England (phone numbers, addresses, etc.). I was really excited when I borrowed it, but now I don't feel the same. I don't usually give up easily, but I didn't have any reason to go on reading it.
This is definitely a book for beginners. It is very 1 2 3 step by step. Toward the end of the chapters it revises what you just read. Not for advanced writers.
