I don't know how many times I have read this book, and how many times thought about it. But most importantly, it's the ultimate guide to keep up the practice in everyday life, no matter what. I feel very blessed to have visited Webu Sayadaw's monastery; inspiring and one of the highlights of my life.

Practice over dialogue and experience over contemplation. This book is an extraordinary insight into the instructions of Anapana or naturally occurring in-breath and out-breath and a prolific dive into the process of attaining calm and equanimity. A must read for all who have completed at least one 10-day Vipassana course.

It was interesting to see how Buddhism is traditionally taught in one of its home countries and to compare it with western presentations of Buddhism.
