I have thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful book, the photography is wonderful, the information interesting and in fact a must know if you are living in Ireland, it adds to your feel of the land. While the book celebrates the life and work of the great Irish naturalist Robert Lloyd Praeger, it is made up of essays by a variety of people ranging from glaciologists, geologists, Naturalists, botanist and others. Very well picked scientists and it is written in laymen's speak. The latter part of the book deals with maps.
I would recommend this book very much, I got it out of my local library but would buy it definitely.
