This book was OK with some good basic information but like most of his newer edition books, they are more like text books for a course. I prefer he's older books

Книгата ме разочарова.
Good, but it did not tell me much that I hadn't already figured out for myself by now. This would have been a fine and helpful book to read when I started trail running in 2012.
