In a previous life, Randall Coleman, as Vice President of a cable system in the Twin Cities and as President of Singapore Cablevision, was a worldwide leader in the creation and implementation of world class customer service practices. He created and implemented many of the best world class customer service programs that are in existence today.

In 1994, his efforts were recognized by CIO Magazine's ranking of the St. Paul, MN cable system he managed as one of the top 25 customer service companies in the world in the category in which judged, "Serving the Customer."

Upon leaving the cable industry, he wrote The Handbook of World Class Customer Service. The book contains more than enough insights, wisdom, common sense and practices to guide any sized organization to reach the highest level of world class customer service.

The first edition was published in 2000. The second edition contains additional information applicable to today's higher tech world.
