For a while, I just thought this was fun and interesting, but not at all realistic, but then I started realizing that it was actually a recreation of the life of Julius Caesar in modern times and suddenly, the stretches that were made to make the story fit in a modern world made a lot more sense. Because of what he was trying to accomplish, I can overlook the plot stretching as it WAS a very interesting and fun-to-read book.
