Exposure to 'small t' traumas (interferences with one's sense of psychological safety) are more common than we realise, and this can ultimately lead to destructive coping mechanisms and behaviours.
In this book I share my experiences, as well as my (continued) healing what this has been like and how it has helped me to go from surviving, to thriving.
I believe that being open about, sharing, and processing our 'small t' traumas will enables us to alchemise them into something beautiful on an individual and collective level. Let's start a movement!
