Lose weight, boost your immunity, cleanse your blood and organs, and live longer and happier with this comprehensive five-part approach created by leading nutrition and raw food authority David Wolfe. In Longevity Now, Wolfe exposes the number-one cause of all degenerative illness and calcification. Caused by an excess of calcium and the presence of nanobacteria, calcification can be found in some degree in virtually every adult and even some children. It leads to a plethora of illnesses and manifests as achy joints, hardened arteries, cellulite, cysts, kidney stones, gallstones, dental plaque, cataracts, and bone spurs, among many other health problems. By breaking down calcification and removing parasites, heavy metals, and other "unwanted guests" from your system, you can reverse the aging process and eliminate the prospect of degenerative disease from your future.Part 1 of the Longevity Now Program focuses on supplements to dissolve the buildup of calcium in your system, leading to freer movement, a clearer head, and a lighter step. Part 2 focuses on boosting your immunity, using a variety of supplements to make your body as resilient as possible. Part 3 focuses on rejuvenating each and every cell of your body with nutrient-packed supplements and superfoods. Part 4 focuses on using special electromagnetic grounding technologies to eliminate parasites and reconnect you with the rhythmic cycles of Earth's energy field. Part 5 focuses on deep-tissue bodywork and yoga, so that you can move blocked energy around and break up stagnation in typically unaccessed parts of the body.In addition to all this, Wolfe offers abundant additional information to help you more fully live the Longevity Now lifestyle, such as foods to avoid, healthful alternative sweeteners, delicious recipes, and more tips and tricks to keep you on the path of rejuvenation, radiant health, and full-throttle vitality.
David Wolfe is a self-proclaimed Nutrition and Wellness Expert. Author of Eating For Beauty, Superfoods: Food and Medicine of the Future, Amazing Grace, Sunfood Diet Success System.
David Wolfe is the real deal. His book had so many new ideas not just the typically nutrition information that gets repeated over & over by everyone. David does his own discovering & lives what he believes. Fresh ideas. However, this is not a basic eat right book. His ideas are for those that already live a healthy life & are seeking to move to the next level.
Wooh is this book overwhelming!!! Seriously it may have abundantly (and well researched correct) ground breaking information but seriously can be scary for some -
Now let me point out by no means ami suggesting David Wolfe is wrong and this book is pointless - but it covers s0o0o much in terms of what to add by no means can anyone implement it all - which can be fine as it gives you plenty of choice and even if you don't implement everything but become "in the know" at least then this book can be invaluable - ( I prefer his other books that cover specific topics more in depth vs this shot gun cover everything kinda book by the way ) And I believe in never ending education so I learned a lot even if I may not even use 20% of this
My personal opinion about health is do what feels right for you and what you yourself see working and makes sense - don't let the gurus and experts scare you including David Wolfe of this book - the research is valid but exceptions to the rule exist everywhere
Like a smoker living beyond 90 (with good quality of life intact) whist some of his friends that never smoked dying by the age of 70 or less
Or somebody who lives a pretty poor junk diet life yet always seeming more healthy than your strict "healthy food dieter"
Or someone overcoming cancer by nothing else but hypnotherapy or holistic therapies / ancient remedies
I can go on and on - but for me health is a combination of faith, religion, knowledge, mindset, willpower, emotional state, environment, dietary choices and exercise
Just one of these done well can be enough (and like I have said I have seen this with real life examples and exceptions to the rule examples I gave ) yet even failing at one of them while doing others well can be enough to destroy the health - life is a funny thing - what am saying is sounding contradicting or counter intuitive ...
But one thing I believe in is continued education - least become one better equipped with tools and information like provided in this book. But take it with a pitch of salt and don't let it scare or overwhelm you ...

This book contains so much information it's making my head spin... I think I should read it again. Highlighted loads, should take notes of all the things I feel I could do for my health now and slowly add on. A treasure...
Helpful information but this book may be off-putting to someone who is new to thinking about diet and wellness -- the super foods are pretty uncommon/specialty. I found most interesting the info on calcification -- new to me.
