For Terry, they give him the opportunity to experience what he's been lusting for for years...sex with his roommates. The alien invasion never looked so good from his perspective, thanks tentacle matchmakers!

That was a bit of a disappointment. It was a rather "classic" threesome, with some tentacle alien thrown in, kind of like an afterthought.

And btw, a part of me stares disbelievingly at the review I am writing for a m/m/m/tentacle alien erotica...who would have thought a year ago...and all thanks to GR...

I’m a ‘sucker’ for a fun tentacle story. ^_^

Picked this one up as part of a 4-story bundle at B&N, with an appropriately discounted price. Review is for the 4-pack in general (which does not have a Goodreads book page).

Short tentacle-monster stories of the Nifty archive type, all in a similar vein. Typical but infrequent usage errors (taunt for taut, etc.) were not overly distracting. The tentacle sex was lushly described, and curiously did not feel repetitive even though each encounter followed a fairly similar pattern. Enjoyed the details of suckers, flavors of tentacle secretions, and subtle indications of the (mostly nonverbal) monsters’ personalities.

This story, Invade Me,, has a romance element in addition to the erotica.

Quick and entertaining reads. Something about the tone of the writing kept a smile on my face, even as the stories occasionally got dark.

The first half of this short story was angsty and very hot. Terry (the protagonist) has been lusting after his best friend & roommate; Darrell. Unfortunately for Terry, Darrel is in a long-term, commited relationship with Johnny and is unfailingly faithful. Then the plant-hybrid tentacle monsters attack and Johnny is holed up in a storeroom in the mall needing Darrell to come and try to rescue him. Naturally, in the rescue, all 3 are captured and molested by the monster(s) and forced to molest one another.

I was very ambivalent about the end of this story. Their salvation and escape from the monster seemed a bit trite, and I was expecting a lot more anger on Darrell's part towards Terry.

Overall, I liked it, but I didn't think that the characters always acted consistently.

Terry and Darrel are good friends, who Terry has a crush on. Terry moves to Texas and stays with Darrel and his boyfriend Johnny. Aliens have attacked and the news is telling everyone to stay home but Johnny is at work, how do they save him . Even though this is not my usual type of story I enjoyed it. Lots of hot steamy sex and is a fast read. I really enjoy Kyler Matthews writing. I voluntarily read and reviewed this advanced reader copy.
