This book was very informative and translated from the original French very well. Heidmann does a wonderful job of explaining many concepts central to astrobiology and I would recommend this work to anyone interested in the subject matter.

I found this in my book cabinet and I remember reading it about 12 years ago and wanting to be an astrobiologist. But alas, I am not an astrobiologist, so perhaps the book wasn't good enough.
