With useful tips and hints and applicable case studies, this book informs the reader how to communicate and how to use communication to enhance themselves and the people around them in everyday life. A useful tool to those who are considering manager-ing, whether it is a big scale company or smaller institution. Written like a self-help book the author includes both diagrams and instructions, this book lost a star as I found some of these diagrams to be a bit irrelevant and thought the author could've used more examples.

An engaging read from a super-smart and savvy person who understands the art of communication like few there do. This is not your traditional leadership book, which is why you should read it
