Words can't express how happy I was to receive an ARC Copy of Chained.
This picks right up where we left of in Locked. Bale, Luka, and Pyro want their little mate back, and they all go through hell, literally HELL!! To get her back. Nothing can stop them.
We learn so much about Hell this time around. K.L. Steele paints a beautiful picture of what it looks like and what everyone's part is to play. There is so much thought and detail that went into creating this realm, and Steele did a phenomenal job. I also love all of the new characters, and I hope we see them all again.
Wynn is even more of a badass in this second book. I love how stubborn she is and how she is not afraid to speak her mind. All of her mates are perfect, I love every single one of them and feel for them even harder this second time around, but I will always have a soft spot for Pyro 🐺
I'm so invested in this series. It has everything I love and crave. Demons, Hellhounds, Vamps, even Satan himself. What more could a girl ask for ❤️ so, if you haven't read this series yet, then what are you doing! Go and start it NOW! This is your sign lol 🖤

This freakin’ BOOK! Absolutely incredible. It continues right where Locked ended and seamlessly transitions into book two. The plot, the character growth, the world building, and the side/new characters are everything.
Three feral af men who will stop at nothing makes me all swoony.
Pyro has my heart and I’d do anything for that hellhound. Bale is top tier, but Luca really sticks out in this one! You see a whole new side to him that really amps up his character/personality. So here for it.
The plot is amazing, with so many secrets and shocking moments. You’re definitely on the edge until the very end. The attention to details of the world make you feel like you’re right there and can envision it, which for someone like myself who plays it out like a movie as I read, makes it that much more of an experience.
Absolutely phenomenal read and I’m dying for more! These guys are everything & poor Wynn has been through it! Excited for what happens next!

When I tell you I was so dang excited to get back into this world, Wynn is one of my favourite FMCs of all time and she held up every single step of the way.
There were some absolutely wild parts in this book, but I loved the chaos and I loved our girl being brought to the brink of pleasure bliss by her sexy paranormal men x

Break out the morally grey playlist because Our badass feisty FMC Wynn is back for book two with our favourite twins Bale and Luka with out hellhound Pyro. But will there be more to play?
Hell is here to play but we play harder.
Get the panties out because this will be a ride! We get to meet new faces and I have a new second favourite who melts my insides.
The way KL writes is just amazing. I adore her language use and imagery. The descriptive language is perfect and I love that KL has brought out another banger to build on from her stunning debut.
If you have seen my review of book one you will know I loved it. This is no different and gosh I am impatiently waiting for the next one already.

KL has really done it again!!
this book takes place immediately from the ending of Locked (book 1) which must be read first in order to understand the story. the transition from book 1 to book 2 was so effortless and done so beautifully.
the writing style of this series is just phenomenal. as a mostly romance girlie this series is very out of my comfort zone in the best way possible!
this book definitely keeps you on the edge of your seat until the very last page (which still leaves you wanting more). Chained has definitely confirmed for me that i am without a doubt a Luka girlie 🙈
this was definitely an amazing read and i am already counting down until book 3!!
as always with books like this, please please check your TW before diving into this book, your mental health matters 💕

D3mons, shifters and shadows oh my! This sequel picks up straight after the cliffy in Locked, taking us for a delicious walk on the dark side.
Steele delivers a plot with twists proving things aren't always as they seem. The push and pull and tensi0n filled moments were top notch. As were the alliances developing over this whych0os3 novella series. The pacing made for a totally addictive reading experience. Ps. 😉 There is a pr1mal scene will live rent free for a long whillleeee!
This read has something for every sh1ft3r & v@mp loving pnr reader. Personally, my fave MC, Pyro, shines in this books, and the brewing war has me intrigued! Short, sharp and [not so] sweet 😈.

I loved everything about this book. The plot and spice was perfectly balanced, and that plot twist at the end I didn't see coming. I can't wait to see what lays ahead for Wynn and her mates.

Probably 3,5 if I’m being honest but we will give it the benefit of the doubt.
This is the second book in the series.
It felt like it took ages to come out. Dunno if it’s just me?? But the hype I felt for the first book had simmered down to where I had to go and try remember who was who… 🫤
It would have helped to have a recap or something.
Plot: 3,5⭐️

Genre: Paranormal Urban Fantasy with Gothic vibes
Setting: Hell
So the story picks up from where Wynn has been taken by Lev.
The guys are all in a state.
She’s taken to his castle to introduce to his son.
There, everyone learns that she has not 3 but 4 mates.
This obviously throws a few spanners in the works for everyone.
The guys do their best to get her back and everyone suffers until they do, due to mate bond.

My issue: let’s start with Lev. He’s supposed to be this really awful being.
But we only hear about it. We never really see it. I’m not in the least bit scared of him or for Wynn to be honest.
I mean, he keeps her in a lovely room most of the time, sits and has dinners with her, and the worst she has to suffer is his company every now and then.
The guys have had their MATE stolen. But they all see her before they actually get her back.
So why don’t they do more than watch her to actually GET her back? I dunno. Their attempts felt lame, as did the reasons that they couldn’t.
All in all, the spice was good.
But I felt there was something a bit lacking this book.

Yes! I’ve waited so long for this book! And it did not disappoint! I loved book 1, Locked, and have been dying to know what happened next since Locked ended on that crazy cliffhanger!
Chained picks up exactly where Locked left off. I knew I was gonna love this book and I did! KL’s writing style is phenomenal! I swear she writes like very seasoned author! He writing is so descriptive! You really feel like you’re in the story. You can easily picture every detail in your mind.
Of course I loved all our returning characters! Wynn, our smart mouth sass heroine, while I did feel she was as quippy and sass mouthed as she was in book 1 she was still awesome and I can’t wait to see what she brings to the table in book three! I hope she blows sh*t up!
Bale, Luca and Pyro…our sexy obsessed vamps and hellhound are back to and on the hunt for Wynn! Oh Pyro….my Pyro! Mmmm…but I love all the new characters brought into the story. Especially the new alliances. Alexis is freaking awesome!
And I know we were supposed to hate Axton but I can’t! I love his cockiness so much! And I can’t wait to see what erupts between him and Bale, Luca & Pyro. That is gonna be soooo good! The spice in this book was so well placed and hot!

4.5⭐️ This is carnal pleasure at its finest! I love how the plot picks up exactly where Locked left us. The journey of the twins and Pyro, who is my feisty fave just FYI, is well crafted and I could feel their angst and heartbreak of wanting to get back to their mate. It was palpable at times. There’s such intense and visceral imagery when they are wading through the chaos to get back to her. I mean like real swoon worthy moments.
If there’s no ripping of hearts involved in my rescue then I’m sorry, I’m not interested!
I loved the layers of hell and learning more about this realm and how each of the mates fit into it. There’s some really cool side characters that I am desperate to know more about. I want to know how it all fits together and am just finding the edges of the puzzle.
The primal kiss chasey scene was just the chef's kiss! I loved the primitiveness and brutality of it all! Loved the spicy group times and the dynamics between them all shift and grow.
Such a great read. I just want more! Gimmmeeeeee!

Im wayyy behind finishing Chained but I finally was able to sit down and devour this book and let me tell you, I have been a Luka girl from the first book but Axton? AXTON! sweet hell on earth, that man is YUMMY.
The emotions this book pulled outta me (K, I am not sorry for blowing your phone up earlier 😂) was unreal. I was blushing, screaming, punching the couch, and crying. The world building was so well written I felt like I could actually see everything being described. The back and forth with Pyro and Bale will forever be my favorite thing.
And the spice 🥵🥵 JESUSSSS. Let Ax tell me to run and
baby, I will become a TRACK. STAR. The mouth on that man.
"Remember what you begged for." Sir yes sir 🫡🧎🏼♀️
But let's not forget the SPICE between Wynn, Bale, and Pyro.

Ok this one was definitely a step up from the first! It was a bit longer so allowed for more of the story to be set and the underworld to be explored. I loved the way the underworld was described in this one, and how we were able to dive more into the characters. There are a few twists in this one which I loved even more! And that ending! Pleaseeee I need book 3 asap. Wynn is a fearless fmc and she is so fun to read. And the men?? Buckle in because 🥵. I’m still holding out for a scene with all of them together - maybe in book 3? 👀. There was a lot more happening in this sequel and you are left on the edge of your seat throughout. So now I am here waiting for book 3 to drop because damn.

This book was freaking amazing!! I knew I was gonna love it because book 1 was so good but this surpassed all my expectations!! I love how deliciously unhinged Bane was in here 🥵 Also we get introduced to a new character and I’m beyond obsessed with him. The possessiveness on him was top freaking tier 🤌🏼 This book had me on the edge of my seat especially at the end 🤯 As usual Wynn had me dying of laughter with her snarky comebacks. She’s such a fierce FMC. She wasn’t taking crap from anyone. Also the scene with Axton was everything primal k¡nk activated 🫠 Pryo and Luka stole my heart in book 1. So when I got to Pyro’s scene I was like yassss about freaking time. I couldn’t get enough of this book!! I cannot wait for book 3!! This series is definitely a must read read especially if you love dark paranormal romance!! You will not be disappointed!!

This book definitely explores more of their personalities, especially Wynns mates (Pyro, Luka & Bale), I love how we get to dive further into their need for her and how far this will drive them.
The fight for Wynn to get back to her mates but also what’s pulling her in the other direction?!
Unexpected twists and turns and multiple new people get introduced, to say I was in shock for the ending would be an understatement 😱

I demolished this book within hours of starting it, i fell in love with the first book locked and even more in love with this one. This dark paranormal romance had me hooked from the start.
Wynn was kidnapped to hell away from her mates who stopped at nothing to try get her back. Add in another Mate to the mix Axton whos father is using them both to gain more power. Bale , Luka and Pyro are all crazy over Wynn and just want her back where she belongs. Wynn is such a strong fmc with a sassy attitude and a smart mouth that always gets her in trouble.
The ending shocked me and has left me wanting so much more. Bring on the 3rd book. Would highly recommend this to anyone who love dark paranormal reverse harem romance.

holly smokes so good so she is fated to more then our three sexy men and it ends up bing another brother haha. she learns alot about all of them and makes friends with two other hellhounds, Mich and Cassius and they help protect our winn. our boys Luka, Bale, Pryro are all feeling the loss out there mate and are trying to get her back. BAle and Pryro decide that it best to use the pits to get out the anger and us it. Luka goes to a club and seeing his two vampiere friends Alex and his sister Alixes to ask is they have heard any thing about his mate. Bale he just can't seem to get it together . Pyro thinks it is save to use Micha and sylas his groumpy ass no good. look this is a great read forsure holping for a book 3 omg omg

This series keeps getting better and better. These mates keep getting better and better, more possessive the more time the spent with or without her. I love the sass that Wynn has, i love the differences with all her mates. They would fight eachother but they would also stand back and enjoy Wynn with the others. They understand Wynn needs them all, no matter what side they are on, in the end it doesn't matter because there is only one true side and that's Wynn's side. This book focused a lot more on Wynn and Ax because of the k!dnapping but we also get the others still trying to figure out where she is and how to get her back.
I can't wait to read the next one!

The build up of this whole story was crazy… I was dripping with anxiety and adrenaline not sure what was gonna happen… who I was gonna meet and if something tragic was gonna go down.
I was on the edge the whole time… taking multiple breaks cause Lev was peeving me off so hard I wanted to scream 😂
I really wanted to hate Axton but I just couldn’t the smug ahole but ugh KL did such a good job and even the added spice was perfectly placed!
I would have loved some more banter from Wynn and the guys etc. but I loved the book so much ❤️

These men are beside themselves with their lust for Wynn. I love all the characters and POV’s but… it rushed past some of the important moments between them main characters. Wynn is just continually being a bad ass strong FMC while being held prisoner, I am in awe.
A new contender joins the characters- Axton. A pawn of controlled by his father Lev, there is a lot of background and plot in this book that develops especially in the second half, revolving around a few secrets that come to life.
