K.D.Harris grew up in Delaware where she still currently resides. She is the mother of 2 adorable children. K.D always enjoyed reading since she was a young child. At the age of 19 and a college student at Shaw University is where K.D finds her gift of storytelling through writing in her journals of the things that she had experienced growing up in the inner city setting.
In 2006 she began to post her short stories on various blogs on the Internet, which got an overwhelming response that she should put her experiences into a book for others to share and relate to.
Her novels consist of erotica, and taboo situations that others are afraid to speak out about. She has a knack for drawing out the real life experiences that each of us can relate to in some form or another.
K.D. knew from first hand because she lived some of the events that she writes about but thru the grace of God she overcame adversity and the odds. K.D. takes you onto a personal journey of street life with a bit of reality mixed with tragedy can turn into a positive road if you have faith and believe in yourself.
