It is packed full lot of recipes; organized by main ingredient/food. The typeset is smaller, more the size used in novels rather than most cookbooks.

I've gotten plenty more ideas for cooking mediterranean foods from this book. The pictures, and intro, is good. Once I try some, though, I'll post up a proper review!
