This is a very helpful guide on secure attachment that I highly recommended to anyone who wants to learn about attachment styles. Everything is in plain terms and easy to understand. I love that there are journal prompts, as well as accompanying printable s to make doing the self work more manageable.

A deep dive into attachment styles, self discovery, and self improvement!

This book is a must-read for everyone! Most people want to self-reflect and improve their thoughts, actions, and relationships, but many don’t have a clue where to start. Start here! Leigh W. Hart breaks down attachment styles, gives an in-depth, yet easy to understand explanation of the different attachment styles, quizzes, and questions to help the reader determine which type they identify with, and how to change to a more secure attachment style. Leigh covers it all, from journaling, to breath work, to identifying his triggers, improving communication, and evaluating progress and success. That is my greatest takeaway, the evaluation. Self-help books are fascinating to me, but it can be easy to devour the content but then have the ideas and concepts blur or fade away with the next book you read. If you will read this book and apply the principles to your life, you will be forever changed.
