Let me start by saying I'm not a big fan of non-fiction, especially this type, mainly because it's so repetitious. This was no different.

However, that being said, I did find quite a few interesting points and some good information. I think the part of dealing with your children might have been the best. It gave good insidght that could help your children get over being bullied or disappointed.
