Not wanting to admit to her brothers that her accountant took off with 2 million dollars from her restaurant, Brittany Beaches, Brittany Garrison accepts Emilio Jefferies offer to cover her loses and become her partner. Unaware of the family feud between the Garrisons and Jefferies.

Although Emilio starts off with the plan to take over Brittany's restaurant, the more he gets to know her the harder he falls for her. But he knows its only a matter of time before her family learns of the partnership and tells her about the feud. Once she finds out, he is sure she will never talk to him again.

Dispite knowing that, Emilio just can't tell her. Always putting it off with a 'I just want more time with her.' He even takes the risk of losing his brother if he stands by a 'Garrison' instead of taking the restaurant like originally planned.

When she does find out, sparks fly and he is quickly on the outs with her. Desperate to get her back and throwing his brothers warning out the window, he shows up and one of her brothers wedding with a new contract that gives sole ownership back to Brittany.

With this act, Brittany accepts his apology and begrudgingly her brothers welcomes him into the family.

I was ok. The sex was well writen and their was a good beat of it, so whoo-hoo. If you get this book the way i did, at goodwill for $o.25 then go for it. If your thanking about going to walmart and sending almost $7.00 don't do it. You will be a little disapotned.

I didn't like it. It was incredibly boring, for more than half the book it was just reading about their relationship progressing. They was zero conflict til about chapter 10 when she found out the truth about him. Np.

** there is an inconsistency with the first book and this book with Anna. In this book her father walks her down the aisle but in the other book she has zero relationship with him or her mother since she was 9 years old. Her grandfather would have walked her down the aisle NOT her father.

Family rifts

Brittany risked everything to keep her family in the dark about her deal. Much too her surprise she was kept in the dark about the Garrison feud with the Jefferies family. This was a good story. On the the next one.
