well done

This book is decent Although nothing life-changing. It is well written and well put together, and definitely introduces some pretty great concepts. However, if you read in this genre at all, you have heard all of this before. That being said, it doesn’t make the book any less high-quality so I gave it four stars.

Get Inspired and Empowered to Achieve Your Goals

As someone who is always striving for personal growth and improvement, I found "Mindset Trash: A Comprehensive Guide On How To Control Your Mindset" to be an incredibly insightful and practical resource. The author, Daniel Stirling, does an excellent job of breaking down the complex topic of mindset into easy-to-understand concepts and providing actionable steps for readers to implement. I particularly enjoyed the real-world examples and inspirational quotes that are sprinkled throughout the book, making it an engaging and compelling read.

One of the things I appreciated most about "Mindset Trash" is how direct and to the point it is. Stirling invites readers to take action and provides concrete tools for sharpening our minds and overcoming limiting beliefs. The book is easy to follow and would make a great gift for anyone looking to improve their mindset and achieve their goals. The author's passion for helping people reach their goals is evident throughout the book and is truly inspiring.

Overall, I highly recommend "Mindset Trash" to anyone looking to take their personal growth journey to the next level. This book is persuasive, filled with actionable steps and real-world examples, and is sure to leave you feeling motivated and empowered.

Some great content, but highly repetitive

The book would benefit from another round (or two or three) of edits to polish and prune the content to make it concise and impactful. There was so much repetition of content, especially growth mindset (mentioned 81 times), that it was hard for me to remember what chapter I was on.

Another complaint: each chapter leads with a quote, but the source is not credited. Why include a quote if you’re not going to cite it properly?

Overall, the book feels hastily written. There’s an old saying:
“I have made this [letter] longer than usual because I have not had time to make it shorter.” Blaise Pascal (translated from the French). (It only took me a minute to do a Google search and find out who said it first!)
