Dated but good. Some things aren’t possible and some just don’t work out time-wise (or require advance planning) but are still good concepts. For example, clean out all of your paper files or spend the day with a child. Some dated entries involve VHS or cassette or those sort of lifestyle changes. Really the only reason I don't rate this higher is some of the prompts are fairly involved and so it can feel like work to incorporate them (or feel like failure if you don't). 3.75
