I received this book through the Goodreads First Reads Giveaway site.

Even though I am not a member of The Latter-Day Saints, I really enjoyed this
compilation of "feel good" stories from LDS ladies.
I think this book would appeal to anyone who is devoted to God and His work.
It reminds us that sometimes simply being there for one another is the greatest gift we can ever give to each other, and, when we sow seeds of love our garden will bloom with many blessings.

The stories were "chunky" but I found several wonderful take-home messages so I'm giving it 4 stars. Thanks for sharing your experiences!

I thoroughly enjoyed reading A Circle of Sisters, which is filled with heartwarming, feel-good and occasionally funny stories that encourage, inspire and lift the spirit through the personal experiences of good women who love to serve one another. A Circle of Sisters promotes a feeling of unity as we work together; sister to sister—of one heart. As one of the contributing authors I’m honored to share my stories with these good hearted women and with the readers of this inspirational book. What a wonderful way to bring joy, peace and comfort to others as we share our personal experiences.

I can't think how many times I have looked for a book like this. What a wonderful collection of experiences LDS women share here! Visiting Teaching, Sisterhood, Love and service for one another, Relief Society, its all here. It's also special, because my daughter is one of the contributors. Enjoy a rich spiritual feast.

This book was really good. The stories are short and easy to read. They are also very inspirational. I really liked this book, as did my daughter.
